Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Belfast city center. Friendly staff, clean room with an excellent view. Currently one of the better places to stay at in the area. Only issue was not being able to park in the hotel which was booked up, but they do offer a discount for a parking space across the street. Will stay here again.

Hotel was great, and they had a world plug which came in very handy! the concierge were very knowledgable!

Good location, short walking distance to Victoria Square and City Hall. Roughly 10 min drive from train station. Clean rooms, great service. Pricing was reasonable. Walkable distance to public transportation to Titanic Quarter.

Facilities: I saw on the Internet that this hotel has an indoor swimming pool, but when I arrived at the store, I was told that there was never one. Facilities are not as advertised. And the room is not big. Hygiene: very good service: good Environment: The geographical location is superior, and the scenery outside the window is excellent.

The location is good, the heating is sufficient, and the room size is moderate. Every day, the waiter will send a small box of hotel-made chocolates 🍫, and the hotel has a complete range of meals. The bathroom supplies and slippers are of good quality, giving you a very good feeling of staying.

The window area of the landscape room is enough for viewing. The hotel is very quiet and elegant

Very clean. Sometimes looks a little tired, but doesn’t matter; it’s a wonderful hotel. We ordered a room service breakfast and it was terrible. We mentioned it to reception and they immediately removed it from our bill. Staff is amazing; couldn’t be more helpful. Obviously not happy with the restaurant, but just avoided it so it didn’t matter. Wonderful location ; walked everywhere.

Bedrooms were a good size with very nice bathroom. Bar area was very nice too and breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice two night stay.

Awesome location , very attentive staff. Beautiful furnishings and quaint atmosphere. Way ahead of their Dublin counterpart for sure I was there during their 15th year anniversary birthday being in Belfast. They greeted me with champagne and smiles. They took my keys for my car and took it away which is so convenient. I can retrieve it anytime I want it to safe location next to the opera house in all the shops and restaurants, I ended up getting the king executive suite which overlooks the city. Very quiet at night. You got 24/7 access to a fitness center and a delicious breakfast.Top notch don't look anywhere else.

Just loved all the little things. The umbrella , the chocolate on the pillow. The treats in the fridge ! The teapot and tea ! How helpful and friendly everyone was. I will be back
