EEFA is a well located, fairly old property in Belgaum. Had recently travelled with family and had directly booked a 2-bedroom for a night with them. The hotel itself has a sprawling lobby, sufficient space for car parking and a good restaurant. Staff were polite and check-in was quick. Breakfast is served early and is a decent spread. However, when we entered the 2-bedroom allocated to us, it had a strong smell. The smell was constant and clearly was coming from cooked food. Initially we ignored it but it wouldn't go away. I called up the reception and their only solution was to send the staff with a room freshener! We did identify the source of the smell/stench. The duct from the kitchen passed via the room and there were duct doors in both bedrooms. Only after I raised an issue, the staff allotted two individual rooms to us. Unfortunately the rooms were not fully readied. Used chips packets was lying there and there were no towels etc. I would strongly recommend travellers not to book the 2-bedroom option at the EEFA. It was very disappointing that the staff were NOT upfront and warn us of the issues in the 2-bedroom option at the time of booking/check-in.

The place is well located at the area easily approachable, taking a walk in the market area nearby give us the flavour of Belgaum you can shop good Kunda. Most important is the staff to name a few Muazaam/Prajwal who took care of stay and travel thereafter ensuring the safety by making all necessary arrangements and constant follow up with the all travel needs through out is overwhelming and the manager Shayan who made sure we get the perfect stay.. it's strongly recommend place when on trip as we feel homely and well guided adding to it the food is authentic and freshly cooked.

Washroom is clean enough for comfortable stay, room is spacious. A dustbin is missing in the room, location is very convenient, walkable distance from bus stand, being in market area has convenient accessibility for any requirement.

I have experienced a wonderful stay in Gift city club hotel , staffs ,foods,rooms ,ambiance are awesome—there is terrace with plant which you can pure water every morning if you are nature lover as well as me — staffs are well trained , well manner and friendly — miss Rajrani is an wonderful lady to help us and make our stay easy and neat - I recommend this hotel to you for have a wonderful stay 🌺🌺
