Very nice hotel I great location. Spa is great! Room is very comfortable

I’d say this hotel fair-to-middling. It’s in a quiet side street, about a five minute walk from Republic Square. My room was clean although small. The staff were friendly but that’s where the positives end. My air conditioning was permanently set to 23 degrees and when I mentioned this to the chap on reception he informed me to ‘open the window’ Hmmmmm! There is also a private spa advertised on their website but this cost €50 to book. Extremely expensive! Breakfast was very poor and the eggs, bacon and sausages in the metal chafing dishes were all cold. A few good points but too many negatives!

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

I’m really thankful with the staff at the reception. They were very helpful during my late check in, and also gave me good recommendations about where to eat and how to get to some places I was interested in visiting. My stay in Belgrade was very short but if I come back I’ll definitely stay in City Nest Modern & Cosy Suites.

Very good, the location is very good, downstairs is Mihailo Dagong Street Pedestrian Street, it is convenient to walk anywhere, eating is also convenient, the room we booked is quite big, the bed is particularly comfortable. I booked it for two days on Trip.com, after staying for one day, I continued to live again, breakfast is not self-service, There are ten packages to choose from, or it is delicious. Take the 72 road from the airport, and walk to the hotel for five minutes at the end. Recommended

The hotel is situated in a great place, easy walking distance to the centre with all the restaurants and bars. We came for West Ham’s game in Backa Topola - we hired a car at the airport. There’s no parking at the hotel as it’s in a pedestrianised area. We were advised to park in a car park round the corner which could be quite a walk if you had luggage. The hotel is in a building with many floors and is on the fifth floor. There is a lift but it’s very tiny. Otherwise it’s a long climb. Once up there the check in was very smooth - we were too early but they looked after our luggage. The room was adequate , nice and warm and clean. The shower was excellent. A good place to stay in Belgrade.

Hotel Nobel is a very convenient choice of stay in the center of the town, but in a quiet area. The environment, the politeness and professionalism of the staff and the quality of services are excellent. The buffet breakfast has many choices with Real coffee, not from an automatic machine. If you like a hotel with large rooms and a lot of light, don't stay here. The room I had was so generic I might as well have been in Cleveland. If you like a hotel with a perfect location, nice, service minded people in the reception, and busses right outside the door, this is your place. A lot of tourist attractions are close by, but my favorite part was the so-called bohemian part of Belgrade which is behind the hotel. There are lots of small cafes and eateries with atmosphere as opposed to the more famous walking streets that are home to the same generic shops you'll find in any major city. So, I don't regret staying at this hotel, but I was definitely not a huge fan. I have been to many Marriotts with much better rooms and writing desks though, so I was slightly disappointed. I would rate this hotel 3.5 but since the service was fine and the location excellent, I'm going to give it a small 4.

Ideally located hotel. Stay here to be within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, museums & sights. All the staff we encountered were very polite & spoke very good English. They were always willing to offer tips for restaurants, sights & transportation around the city. The breakfast had a great selection of healthy options along with the choice of freshly cooked meals. Even though the hotel is situated near to many bars, restaurants & the main shopping street, we never had a bad nights sleep. The rooms were well appointed & kept spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunatelly it was a very bad experience. First of all, the first floor rooms like the one we were given were opposite the reception and everyone who enters the hotel or goes through the elevator is like walking through your room. Even worse right below the hotel there is a tavern that sometimes two and three bands play at the same time in the outdoor area and they are loud all day and all night. In addition, as can be seen from the photo, our bed broke due to poor construction and we had to change rooms. Finally, my card was charged with 500E while the booking showed 475E with the excuse of currency conversion. Which is a very large amount. But even if that was the case they didn't even give me the option to pay with cash. The breakfast was the same every day and completely indifferent. Moreover, it is located outside the hotel!! Two minutes walk!! Καταρχήν τα δωμάτια του πρώτου ορόφου σαν αυτό που μασ δόθηκε ήταν απέναντι από το ρεσεψιον και κάθε ένας που μπαίνει στο ξενοδοχείο ή περναει για το ασανσέρ είναι σαν να περναει μεσα απο το δωματιο σου. Ακόμη χειρότερο ακριβώς κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει ταβέρνα που παίζουν ταυτόχρονα δυο μερικές φορές και τρεις ορχήστρες στον εξωτερικό χώρο και ακούγονται δυνατά όλη μέρα και όλη τη νύχτα. Επιπλέον όπως φάινεται και από τη φωτογραφία το κρεβάτι μας έσπασε λόγω κακής κατασκευής και αναγκαστήκαμε να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο. Τέλος χρεώθηκε η κάρτα μου με 500Ε ενώ στην booking έγραφε 475Ε με τη δικαιολογία της μετατροπής του νομίσματος. Που είναι είναι πολύ μεγάλο ποσό. Αλλα ακόμη και αν ίσχυε αυτό δεν μου έδωσαν καν την επιλογή να πληρώσω με μετρητά. Το πρωινό ήταν καθε μέρα το ίδιο και εντελώς αδιάφορο και σε χώρο εκτός του ξενοδοχείου.
