This is a beautiful hotel, the front entrance and lobby area particularly so, and it was lovely to return here each day after exploring Belgrade. The Wi-Fi is great, bedding comfortable, there was both tea and coffee making facilities in the room, the shower was hot and powerful, and the bathroom is fitted with custom tiles bearing the hotel logo, which is a nice touch. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Republic Square, and I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see. It is in the pedestrian zone but the walk from the nearest drop-off point is very short and luggage is easily wheeled over to the hotel. There is also a good selection for breakfast and complementary lunchtime snacks, but the best thing about the restaurant is Lidija and Dejan. They are friendly, helpful and thoughtful people and a real credit to this hotel. I did however experience one issue during my stay and that was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain in the bathroom in my room. The staff did attempt to remedy the problem, which worked initially, but the smell soon returned (I was told that this was due to heavy rain and the Belgrade drainage system). At one stage I asked if it was possible to change rooms. I was informed that this wasn’t possible due to capacity, which is understandable, but then I was also told they would have to move too many things around to accommodate the request. The smell persisted throughout my stay with varying degrees of unpleasantness, although I didn’t complain about it any further as I don't think there was anything that could be done, based on what I had been told previously. The issue wasn’t mentioned by staff when I checked out and paid my bill, and regrettably it did affect my overall experience. In fact, the bathroom in room 202 could generally benefit from a little TLC, the wooden sink surround in particular. Other than that, I had a nice stay.

I really liked this hotel. I’m travelling around Eastern Europe for a couple of weeks with my friend and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in out of them all. The hotel is really modern and funky. The room was the only one we stayed in that had proper tea and coffee with milk etc. May sound like a strange thing to observe but I was dying for a nice cup of tea in my room and this had it. We also got a free welcome drink on arrival which turned out to be any drink we wanted from the bar while using the free pool table. At best you normally get a pre-made drink so it was great to pick your own drink. The location is great. 20 minutes to almost all of the sights. Staff were really friendly and helpful too. 100% would recommend this when going to Belgrade.

There are only two advantages. Location (center of Belgrade). Historical facts - in addition to the historical physics hotel, world famous people have stayed and are staying. And that’s all. They greet you, they help you, as it should be with things up to your room. But the room... this is probably the most interesting.. .Half a step forward is the bathroom, half a step forward is the room, the window faces the inside of the hotel. If you open the door to the room sharply or wider, you can get into the mirror, the closet, which is behind the door, and the minibar with refrigerator is also in the closet. In general, the room is for babies. Yes, and if you are used to or think you will have water, in principle there is NO!!! EVERYTHING IS PAID!!! And yes, if you want to iron something, you will be offered a little more than 600 dinars, and for a speed a little more than 900. There is no toothbrush. Breakfast will be fine, music accompaniment, well done. Beach shoes are not allowed. Yes, if you want, then try the Moscow cake, it’s only real here and you might even get it at breakfast, of course they prepare it everywhere, but here it’s IT)) The breakfasts themselves are normal. Standard, you won’t see any... or else. In general, a solid C. If you want to live in a historical place for fun, then yes, it might be worth taking a larger room. Live for a couple of days and find a better hotel with normal living conditions.

To be honest, the facade and lobby are better, the room is very general, there is a pile of no nutritious things on the room table, the price is not cheap, more than 200 euros, the room water is not, there are two small bottles of water at the bedside before bed, almost a few mouths are gone. It is that you don't have a bottle of water when you check in, and you can only get water when you sleep. The room toiletries are Hermès. Many people have seen it and are attracted. The room looks out and there is nothing. The front desk calls without any use. Then the sauna is closed and none is opened. The waiter in the sauna can't speak English, and he said that it was turned off for a long time. The whole stay is really not good! ! !

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

The service is outrageous. She ordered the mom in addition to the transfer number. asked if the hotel name would be on the board along with her name because she was worried after a dangerous story with taxi drivers in another country. The hotel answer would be. Actually the board only with name. We asked for a quiet room in advance and to turn off the air conditioner so that the room is warm. The hotel's answer is yes, of course. Actually - a ice-free room, the room has 20 degrees air conditioning and noise all night. Hotel is beautiful, breakfast is medium. Location is perfect.
