These are apartments. The administrator is not there. Self check-in. But unfortunately, the service does not have complete information about this. When we arrived, we couldn’t get inside because we didn’t receive an SMS or letter with instructions that we needed building 57, the intercom code and where the keys were. We walked around for a long time until a security guard came out and helped us contact the administrator. Everything inside is new, there is an elevator, air conditioning, it smells clean and pleasant, the kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, there is a kettle, a large refrigerator and an electric stove. Hot water from an electric boiler. I liked the spacious and stylish transparent cabinet with lighting. Among the shortcomings is the lack of hangers and shelves in the toilet room; there was only one small shelf under the sink. There is simply nowhere to put and hang things, towels and accessories. The downside is that the building is infested with cockroaches. The first night we found a large cockroach right in the bed under the blanket. Another day there were 2 more huge cockroaches in the room. This is so unexpected in a new building and disgusting.

This is not a hotel, but an apartment. You will have to drive or walk more than half an hour to get to the attractions, but these are excellent apartments. Photos match, everything is new. Designer renovation. There is no reception desk, there is some kind of change house behind the building, a security guard or I don’t know who it was, gave a number, and the workers who were doing something around apparently called the owner. And he arrived at 14. Another service is a little cheaper, but here I pay peace without any problems. In general, there are many cafes and shops nearby. Large supermarket right next door. WiFi speed was 200Mbps

I booked Residence 59 but ended up in Residence 57, which I can't quite figure out. Here’s my honest review: I arrived early for check-in after a long journey from Kosovo and was greeted by a young man who kindly informed me that I could park here, which wasn't a problem despite the ongoing construction. He was really nice. However, when I headed into the building, the young girl at the reception seemed quite rude and arrogant, even before she spoke. When I told her who I was, she simply said it was too early to check in. She never offered us a place to sit or even a coffee, which would have been a nice touch. I returned two hours later, 15 minutes before check-in, but she still didn't look very happy. I asked if it was okay to sit in her office while my wife and son waited outside. She reluctantly agreed, and then I noticed the really nice guy from earlier sitting there as well. He told the receptionist to let us check in, which she did only because he instructed her to. The next day, as we were leaving, she was all smiles. But that was too late for me; the smiles should have been there during check-in, not when we were leaving. Do these people not understand that it's the guests who keep them in a job? As for the apartment itself, it’s fantastic—very clean and beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. However, I won’t be back. I expect to be treated better. If you don’t like your job and can’t show some respect, maybe you should consider working at a till in a local shop.
