Awful experience & unhelpful staff, they double booked my reservation and cancelled on me 2 days before I was due to stay. Then told me it was my problem and left me without accommodation, staff didn’t care and were not prepared to help find a solution.

Great Location in centre of New Belgrade, Swimming pool & bar on The roof is best. The staff was absolutely cooperative, positive and understanding. Every question was answered immediately and we will repeat the experience very soon! Great breakfast

+ I chose the hotel because of the localization, I wanted exactly Novi Beograd. In this regard, everything is fine - within walking distance there are several bus stops from which you can easily go to anywhere in the city, the route can be built with Google Maps, Belgrade public transport is supported there. A large Mercator shopping center is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, next to it there is a kiosk where you can buy a card for the public transport and charge it for the required quantity of trips or days. I can't say anything about parking because I don't use a car. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a fridge. I did not find any problems with the bathroom and toilet. Good wi-fi speed - 24.2 Mb/s download, 43.7 Mb/s upload. At the reception there was a very pleasant receptionist Miljana, it was seen that she loves her job. Delicious breakfasts from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Dolly Bell restaurant, which is located in the underground part of the building, at the reception you can buy a breakfast voucher, the price is 5 euros, it gives you to choose one breakfast plate and coffee / tea with it. - The same restaurant hosts live music until around 1 a.m., which can be clearly heard in the room - I even thought that it was a concert of a famous Serbian singer Aca Lukas because I heard his song "Suncokreti" (Sunflowers), so it may be inconvenient for those who want to go to bed early. Not the best soundproofing - the neighbors' love games behind the wall were clearly audible. The reception does not work around the clock, but for me personally it was not a problem. If someone wants to choose this hotel because of the pool, then keep in mind that it only works when it's warm enough outside and in good weather, at least that's what Mijana said. I arrived when it was already quite cool, so I didn’t have an opportunity to swim in the pool.

Stayed here last week with some other couples who had come to watch daughters play in World schools basketball competition. It was horrific. Faucet on sink unstable, shower head missing, horrible dark tiles on floor which didn't seem very clean, dull and dark. One light fitting hanging at level where banged head every time u walked past it. Bulbs blown, no cleaning service unless u asked apparently so no clean towels, no top up of basics such as toilet roll, TV/controls not working. Entrance up bare concrete steps or up strps through a gym. Music bar/restaurant directly below so noise until at least 1.00am and them at 7am started the music from gym and clunking of weights and machines. The advertised bar/restaurant is happy to take your money during day but unless you are under 35 and a supermodel it's suddenly reservation only. No room service (wouldn't have used anyway) Moved out after 3 nights when I found somewhere new. Oh and I was told when asked why pool wasn't available, apparently you have to ask for pool area yo be opened if u want you use it, but my companions were told its closed. Complete and utter false advertising. Whoever did their photography for advertising was a lighting genius. Their photos look barely anything like the reality.

It looks nice only in photos! It is not very clean, dirty windows and it is very loud. No lights outside. Bar is very loud and when it finished at 00:30 o'clock they just moved party on the third floor. It was so loud that we had to go in the middle of the night. Thank God we had where to go!
