The hotel is located on the 4th floor of the shopping mall and right on Mihai Street. Shopping, walking to the fortress, Danube river cruises and other attractions are not far away. Walking is easy and stress-free. There are also supermarkets and drug stores in the mall. I like the design style of the hotel, especially the public areas and restaurants, which are full of vitality. The only two things I am dissatisfied with are: the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, the carpet looks very dirty and I found a cigarette butt on the carpet when I arrived in the room on the day of check-in; the toiletries are very rudimentary and only a small piece of soap is used for bathing and washing hair. . The breakfast buffet is okay, there are all continental breakfast categories. You have to squeeze the juice yourself with a juicer and peel the fruit yourself. It is a bit laborious to squeeze a cup of orange juice hahahahahaha; you need to ask for coffee at the bar. It is a self-service service, and the restaurant staff is basically responsible for collecting used tableware. Maybe they really want to create that kind of free, casual and uninterrupted dining experience. One thing to say is that having breakfast outdoors is really chill👍

Die besondere Gastfreundschaft, das ungezwungene Ambiente und der jugendliche Stiel als Konzept von Mama Shelter sind in diesem Hotel sehr gut umgesetzt. Ein sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, gutes Restaurant und auch sonst gute Ausstattung. Alles, was es für einen erfolgreichen und angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Ich bin geschäftlich hin und wieder hier und sehr angetan vom Hotel. Für mich das schönste Hotel in Belgrad. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und entgegenkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Restaurant mit Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Und auch das Programm ist abwechslungsreich. Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist auch sehr praktisch. Alles im allen kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Mama Shelter Belgrado é um hotel bem localizado, no coração turístico da cidade. Postado no último andar de um shopping, tem a vantagem de ter tudo a poucos passos... lojas, restaurantes, Farmácias e até supermercado. A área comum do hotel é modernoza, com decoração descontraída de gosto um pouco duvidoso.. ambiente ótimo para jovens e pessoas criativas, mas talvez confuso para pessoas de mais idade. O café da manhã é bom, com diversas opções, mas as mesmas todos os dias. Os pães são ótimos, o café também, embora seja nada prático você ter que solicitar ao barista/barman para ser servido. O rooftop do hotel, frequentado por hóspedes e não hóspedes, se transforma em uma pequena balada após as 21h. O quarto é bom. Nos hospedamos no quarto com sacada. O tamanho do quarto está no limite entre o pequeno e o suficiente. Cama e banheiro ótimos. Internet mediana. Limpeza decepcionante... a sacada extremamente suja, com poeira, teias, insetos e mesmo após pedirmos para limpar, continuou muito suja. Welcome drink de membro Platinum All da Acor, decepcionante.
