They knocked on the door in the morning and said they were cleaning the room. We asked if we could come later. Then they simply forgot about it. There was no bottled water, but boiled water in a can. To be honest, the hotel is a bit old, but the location is really great.

Stayed for three nights, it was very good, the breakfast was also delicious. I thought there were few vegetables here, but the various cucumber, tomato and lettuce sashimi were enough to satisfy us. There were also various sauces, not just sweet sauces, there was a salty sauce mixed with onions that was particularly delicious.

Not bad, on the street in the city center, the sound of performances on the street can be heard outside the window at any time! Similar to the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street in Shanghai, there are many shops and western restaurants, the hotel is clean, the attitude of the staff is also good, and there are many kinds of breakfast You can buy a local mobile phone card at the Tusan store passing by, it is not expensive!

An old man in a T-shirt stood at the front desk, and a security guard in black was staring at you. You didn't sleep for 2 hours, and your whole body was in pain, and you only left in the middle of the night!

jovana.stevcevic & all reception staff we very helpful from check in to check out . Hotel is in the best location. Being a VIP member helped me get all the extra benefits and upgrades. There’s a working gym and sauna on the top floor too. Thank you Jovana for the extra assistance .

This hotel, in the center of Belgrade's main pedestrian street Knez Mihailova has practically a location second to none. Just coming out of the hotel one is immediately in the heart of the street's bustling action. there are the shops, the on-lookers from the side cafes, the hordes of people going in both directions, the street musicians, the vagrants, and occasional beggars. Every day's life unfolds constantly in front of your eyes. The hotel itself, although being rated 4 stars, has an unassuming entrance from the street, with an exchange office and a pharmacy on either side. The rooms are fairly sized, with the usual amenities of a small fridge, a safe, a TV, and a comfortable shower. Breakfasts are plentiful and well served. However, the hotel's next best attribute after its fabulous location is the quality of its staff, mainly the reception attendants. From the first moment when we contacted it from overseas and throughout our stay they were always there friendly and attentive. If I had to pick just two, Jelena and Milos would be my first choice. Am certain that any crew will be better with these two on your side. In summary, four flawless days and nights at this lovely establishment. Had the hotel a well-equipped spa it would be anyone's choice for a stay in Belgrade. two tips: There is a Maxi supermarket just across the street, through the entrance to the Indigo Hotel. Also, the hotel is on a pedestrian street, and therefore taxis cannot arrive at its entrance. It is advisable, especially when booking a taxi for the airport ( Euro40) to ensure that either the taxi driver or one of the reception team will take you to the waiting cab. Trying to find a waiting cab, even only a few hundred meters away at three o'clock in the morning could be rather irritating.

I recently spent a few days in Belgrade for business and chose The Art hotel as my base. The hotel is located in a very good position in the centre of the City/pedestrian area, so everything you need is on your doorstep. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a nice double bed, seating area and work station and TV with international channels. The bathroom in my room had a nice rain shower which was enough for the few days I was there, considering I was out all day everyday. Hotel breakfast offers a range of hot and cold food, as well as cereals and breads. I made use of the hotel transportation to and from the hotel which was fantastic and definitely worth the money for a nicer car. Each morning the hotel would assist with arranging transportation for me to get me to my office. Overall I had a brilliant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

really enjoyed the place. The hotel is hidden in one of the main streets, connected with the Trg Republike. Location is really good, one one side you have s traight street to Kallemegdan, Shopping mall, Zoo, etc, other way is taking you to the main Belgrade square. Reception itself is relatively small but it does the job as we never waited. Breakfast was really good, up to the Radisosn standard with pretty much everything you desire. Dinner was good as well as the prices, considering the location. All staff really kind, helpfull. Housekeeping service was fast and responsive. Great experience, would recommend.

A competitively priced, modern hotel in an unbeatable location with exceptional staff who go 'above and beyond' to meet your requirements. My company had a number of international personnel staying at the hotel and from my initial engagement (prior to my arrival), right through to departure, the entire team delivered on every front: professional, courteous and adept, there was simply no problem that they couldn't solve. Match this to impeccably clean, comfortable, modern accommodation, right in the centre of Belgrade's most vibrant district and you have a winning combination. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and needless to say, i will be returning here in the near future. Also, importantly, possibly the best hotel breakfast in Belgrade.

The location is excellent, right in the pedestrian zone and only a few minutes walk from the republic square. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I also liked the breakfast buffet, offering a lot of choices. I really enjoyed my stay here and would be happy to come back!
Response from Property: Dear Martin, Thank you for your amazing review, it left us speechless! We would be more then happy to host you again in the near future. Regards

Nice and central, the hotel was clean and had a good bed. I missed it as I was walking by the entrance, not visible at first. The lobby is very small and not too good for a meeting. However, there is friendly staff, and the hotel I found quite expensive, even for the area.
Response from Property: Dear Semagora, Thank you for you time taken to share your experience with other travelers. For business meetings we always recommend our Mosaic bar on the first floor where while having a delicious meal you can discuss your business plans and enjoy in the view of Knez Mihailova street. Thank you for mentioning our staff that took good care of you. See you next time! Best regards

For a Hotel in Belgrade, you can't get a better location than this! Located on the "walking street" area, step out of the door and you're bang on this street with shops lining both sides and people walking around. The lobby is tiny, but the restaurant on the 1st floor is large, with a view of the street below. The breakfast spread is good. Rooms can be small, so I would recommend a suite, else certainly a room on a higher floor...
Response from Property: Dear guest, Thank you so much for your kind review, it is highly appreciated. It is wonderful to learn that you enjoyed being in the heart of the city while exploring our capital. We look forward welcoming you again in the future. Best regards, Joksimovic Jelena Front Office Manager

This hotel saved our trip to Belgrade. After a terrible experience with an Airbnb, I had to venture out, 2 days into a 7 day stay in Belgrade, to find a new accommodations. Belgrade Art Hotel (Beograd Art Hotel) was my third stop and the staff was so friendly and helpful that I knew I had found the right place. In the end, we had 4 rooms for 5 nights all overlooking the promenade, and the experience was great. The rooms were very clean and most importantly for us, smoke free. The location was perfect, on a walk street, just a block and a half from Republic Square, and a block over from all the cafes and restaurants you might want. It was also about 7 blocks from Skadarlija with its old world charm, and about 4 blocks from the old Belgrade fort at the confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers. The walk street reminded me of 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, CA. In addition to the location, the breakfast (included in our stay) was very good and there is a full bar on the second floor (first floor for Europeans), if you want one. I only wish I had known about this unassuming gem of a hotel before I traveled to Belgrade. It was definitely a find and I’ll be staying there on any return trips to the city.
