Hotel Constantine the Great Reviews

The hotel's upsides were the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast. I stayed there for three nights. It was a small but clean hotel. I was given a room on the top floor, the 7th floor. The elevator did not go up to that floor, so I had to walk up one floor. The friendly staff there helped me take my luggage to my room. My only complaint was the ever-lingering smell of the pipe in my room. Part of the ceiling was wet for an area of 6 square inches, possibly because the air conditioner system or something like that was dripping from the structure onto the ceiling panels, causing the smell. If they could fix it, I would recommend the hotel.

The location is very good. The room is big enough and not as flashy as in the picture. It is actually very warm and comfortable! There are a lot of delicious food around, and we ate something even more delicious than at home. The boiled fish made from large carp from the cold water of the Danube River was so delicious that it made us cry!

Hello , I made a reservation through Trip.com. Our travel plan was canceled 4 days before our arrival date. I contacted the authorities and asked them to help, but they did not accept and charged the fee for 4 nights. This is very unfair, in hotel management, when there is a cancellation, 1 night's fee is deducted. But you are deducting the full fee from a guest who did not even come to your country and whose trip was cancelled!!!

The hotel is conveniently located, the room facilities and equipment are in good condition, the layout is reasonable and warm, and the front desk staff are warm and thoughtful. Since I checked out very early the next day, the front desk staff handled the check-out procedure very early, which is convenient and efficient.

The location is good. The overall food is pretty good. No surprises. The service is very good. The front desk always welcomes you with a smile. Overall good.

The hotel is a bit like an old 5-star hotel. Although it is only 4-star, the service is not inferior to 5-star in all aspects. The decoration style is a bit old, but everything else is very good. You can walk to the busiest commercial street. Although there is a fee for parking, But it's very convenient. The key is that the parking lot is big enough, right next to the hotel. Compared with other hotels in the city center where there is no way to park, it's much better. After all, you won't be allowed to park and drag your suitcase around. It was beyond my expectation, very attentive, especially the restaurant, in short, it is a good hotel worth staying in

Convenient location, quiet, clean and spacious

The room is large and the buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties. It is located in the center of Belgrade. The surrounding environment is quiet and safe. It is highly recommended! The originally scheduled hotel was canceled for no reason. Thanks to Ctrip customer service for helping to change to a better hotel!

I really wanted to like this hotel...It has contemporary furnishings and a modern interior design, which gives it a higher-end feel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Digital scale in bathroom. Attentive and responsive staff. Quality Rituals-brand products. Walkable location and tram right out front. The rooms need some attention--an abundance of cobwebs in the ceiling corners and around light fixtures, stained carpet and soiled draperies. It was not that things were worn and scratched, rather, they needed a shampoo or deep clean. What could have been an above-average or superior room was a disappointment. Room amenities to consider adding: a box of tissues, plug sockets on both sides of the bed, iron/ironing board. Safety features to consider: peephole to see into the hall/who is at the door and a security lock in addition to the one at the door handle.

The staff at the front desk are very helpful giving wonderful recommendations for restaurants and ever so accommodating of all our requests - printing and scanning documents, questions about where to go due to our special dietary needs etc. We appreciate them very much. There was one evening when one of the staff at the front desk failed us when he showed very little care for our well-being when we reported to him that the elevator was broken. He did not give us a good attitude and solution. We complained again and another staff came out to show us a side elevator to use - something he could have very easily and politely pointed us to. We complained about it and was promptly apologised to and even presented with a bottle to wine as an apology. The cleaning of the room was not up to standard and we thought they could do better in that department. Nonetheless, after we pointed it out to them, they immediately rectified and gave the room a good clean. I appreciate their spirit of improvement. Overall, we liked the room and hotel very much. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was large. Toiletries were very nice. As friendly and accommodating as they are, we will definitely give them another chance and return for another stay.

...unless you insist on having hot water in less than 5-6 minutes. Friendly, very relaxed staff. Home made coffee, not the espresso style. Thick, black, strong. Bring us another one! Relaxed atmosphere in the hotel’s bar. Smoke as much as you want, but not during the breakfast. Can we have a drink at 11pm? Sure, walk west 300m to a plays which is open all night long ;). Ah, almost forgot - during the previous visit (January 1st) complementary bottle of sparkling wine in the room. Very nice! All in all - stay there and be relaxed.

The Constantine the great hotel is well located and Belgrade can be visited on foot from its location. We were very lucky because the girl at the reception knew some Spanish and tried her best to explain the hotel to us. The spacious room on the fourth floor, with a welcome gift of crepes and 2 complimentary bottles of water. Every day they replenished the toiletries. The breakfast was quite complete, the coffee was served to you at the table at the time. They replenish constantly. To say that near the hotel there are very good restaurants for dinner such as Walter and Izlonag. Thanks to the staff for the attention they had, because I had a birthday while staying there and they gave me a cake that I was in need of. Thank you and we will recommend the hotel to Spaniards visiting Belgrade.

Из-за пострянного клацанья кодиционера, спать было невозможно. Даже когда кондиционер выключен. Света мало, дверь в душе не закрывается полностью. Завтрак стандартный, с этим нормально. По всему отелю одинаковые картинки, что немного смущает. В остальном обычный отель, без претензии.
