first rate service! The room is clean and tidy, but the aesthetics and facilities of the entire hotel can only be described as a three-star hotel. But it may be a four-star presence locally. But what I want to say is that I negotiated with 3 front desk staff, and I think the service level is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel. The three front desk staff are all very professional! polite! Professionally trained personnel! But I also have to say that Ctrip’s customer service service is also very good, helping me communicate and coordinate on certain matters.

The hotel facilities and location are very good because of the trip's help! ! But the only downside is that the front desk is a little confused 😅 Although the attitude is very good, but I kept saying no when I asked for a conversion plug, which delayed us for a long time. Others are good, the area is also very large

The hotel is very nice and very central. The rooms are great and nicely appointed as well as spacious. The breakfast is great despite the fact that a cappuccino is charged extra. The only two problems I would point out is that split stair elevator, which is inconvenient but understandable in an old building and the size of the towels in the bathroom which are really small but the bathrobes are a good size. The girl at reception in the morning is really pleasant and helpful and a credit to the hotel. All said a great choice for the city and I would go back. Great value for money too!

This is the 1st time I've been to Serbia, I was recommended this hotel and I really loved it. It's in the old part of town which I felt was really authentic. The rooms are really well appointed and modern. The staff are awesome and ready to help, they also speak English really well. Breakfat was good as well. The transfer from the airport was easy as well and arranged by the hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the vibe of this boutique hotel. Totally matched the Belgrade feel we were seeking. After experiencing more than our share of Belgrade hotels, we would definitely stay here again. The team is very welcoming and the facilities feel like you’re in a large home, which is so much more inviting than the 5 star offerings. The location is a short walk to most of the city’s attractions so we never moved our car from the hotel entrance during our entire stay.

Excellent small hotel in central Belgrade . Rooms are very nice , we had a junior suite and the people working in the hotel are very good . They arranged airport transfers which were reasonably priced , restaurant bookings and a half day tour with a guide. There was a good selection at breakfast and overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

For a 3 night stay in Belgrade I had booked an apartment via Airbnb. It turned out to be uninhabitable. Townhouse27 saved us. Within 2 hours we were out of the Airbnb apartment and settled in a nice, modern, boutique-style hotel. It was centrally located. We had a spacious bedroom and a separate seating area. The aircon worked well, which was important as the outside temperature was well above 30C. The suite was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was included in the room rate. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s 5 out of 5 for us.

Cosy hotel with a great personalized service at a reasonable price, spacious and clean room, fast internet access, good breakfast options, perfect location on downtown with two exits in both sides, nearby restaurant, cafes, bars and groceries.
