The location is very good, the supplies are complete, and the ladies on the staff are all good-looking! Friendly and patient!

It's very warm, and it feels like the walls are well insulated. There's no air conditioning, and the heater isn't very hot either. It's much higher than the outside temperature.

It is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff who work very hard to ensure the best possible stay in every respect. Simply brilliant!

The hotel is very close to the cathedral, and you can walk to take the bus to go anywhere. However, the room facilities are relatively old, the bathroom countertop is very small, and the items cannot be placed. Otherwise, the breakfast environment is good.

Overall it's pretty good, relatively close to Savard Church. The price is a bit exaggerated. The city tax charged by the hotel is more than 460 dinars, which is equivalent to 32 yuan and not the 16 yuan mentioned by Ctrip. Maybe 16 RMB per person.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It is located near the church of Saint Sava. Very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast and frendly staff. My recommendation is to try omllete for beakfast. There is a great restaurant with amazong view on the seventh floor.All recommendations.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It's located in a quiet area in the center of Belgrade and offers a pleasant and clean environment. The reception staff is very friendly and also assists with parking. The rooms are tidy, equipped with comfortable beds, and feature high-quality Rituals Cosmetics. The hotel boasts a fantastic rooftop restaurant with a friendly staff, delicious food, and an impressive selection of wines and cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel and eagerly anticipate our next stay.

We stayed at Crystal for 3 nights. It was a choice of our travel agency. The hotel is a few meters from St. Savvas temple. The main city is 5’-10’ walk by feet. Stuff was very friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. The room was astonishing! Large double bed with comfort layer. Everyday cleaning and towel changing. Breakfast over the average. Plenty of choices, with variety of universal and traditional products. Also the place where the breakfast served was very cozy with tables and sofas. I suggest Crystal 100% Next time we try their cuisine by booking a table in their restaurant at the top floor.

we were satisfied with the friendly and professional atmosphere there, staff is amazing, especially in the sky bar restaurant, they really care about their guests, Hotel management surly lucky to have them 😃 we were satisfied with breakfast and dinner as well, we have got an upgraded room, thank you for that.

Great hotel in a great location. Not located in the old town but within walking distance of the tram lines and with great bistros, restaurants and wine bars down the road. Clean and comfortable room with all the essential amenities. Great breakfast with a good selection. Lovely and service-minded staff who always met me with a smile.

I'm a regular visitor in Belgrade because of work and therefore I've tried a few hotels there. Crystal is the best one I've been to in Belgrade yet. My room was nice, bed was good, bedding and everything excellent. The shower was great and everything was clean and nice. Breakfast selection is good and the breakfast was generally good, the breakfast staff maybe not the best in the world, I never quite knew if e.g. asking for a fresh juice (which they supply) was a nuisance to them or not, but I think that may be more due to language than anything else. Lobby staff was extremely nice and helpful though. Over all I had a really good stay and will make this my home in Belgrade from now on.

Brand new hotel, very clean, very friendly and competent staff. The rooms are modern, bright and comfortable. Spacious bathroom, fantastic Rituals products. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location for visiting the city on foot. Highly recommended
