Cool location over the river. A bit inconvenient was that there was a running tournament and the roads to the hotel was mostly closed

It's next on the Danube, so you see all sorts of birds passing by. We were welcomed by a rainbow. The park next to it is also very beautiful. On the other hand, the location is a bit away from the center, but they have buggies that takes you / picks up from a point where you can take a taxi / go to Belgrade's biggest shopping mall nearby. The spa is good and well maintained & great work by the gentleman there who manages it. Breakfast is good. We took a triple room and the room size was just about ok to fit everything.

The old lady at the front desk basically didn't provide any service. I asked to upgrade to a river view room across the street for an extra fee, but she said it was sold out. There were actually several rooms left, but she just didn't want to change them. Very bad! The location is relatively quiet. The river view room is really nice.

The room was very clean and hygienic, just as described on the Internet. It is also very close to the airport, the environment is very comfortable, and the front desk clerk has a very good attitude and always keeps a smile on his face.

To get to the hotel from the roadside, you need to cross the park path and climb steps to get to the hotel! I was worrying about how to drag my huge suitcase to the up-and-down path in front of the hotel. Suddenly the butler pushed out the door from the hotel and appeared in front of me instantly, helping me with the physical work! I made a reservation for the evening spa that day, and the housekeeper called me specifically to ask if I would stay four hours later before going to the spa. It turned out that it was because the hotel’s jacuzzi had been cleaned in the morning, and the temperature was only 30° at dusk, and it had to be reheated to about 10 degrees. The water temperature is only 50°. Anyway, I feel like the hotel is really considerate.
