在酒店的最後幾天，早餐已經無力了，總體上還湊合，服務人員態度都挺好的，也跟耐心。晚上也很安靜，價格適中，暑假偏貴一點

In the last few days at the hotel, the breakfast was no longer good. Overall, it was okay. The service staff were very nice and patient. It’s also very quiet at night and the price is moderate, a bit more expensive during summer vacation

步行距離有好吃的餐廳，推薦New kitchen。離鮑曼街不遠，步行可達。房間很大，衞生可以，美中不足是晚上房間光線有點暗

There are delicious restaurants within walking distance, I recommend New Kitchen. Not far from Bowman Street, within walking distance. The room is large and clean. The only drawback is that the light in the room is a bit dark at night.

It was a great experience. The employees were very attentive, friendly, patient and warm-hearted. The rooms were clean, the location of the hotel was central. Special thanks go to Nikola, Dejan, Anja and Vesna, who took great care of me.  The interest was incredible.

Schrecklich🙈 habe schon lang nicht mer so schlechten Service gehabt. Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt, wir hatten keine frischen Tücher. Wc Papier war mangelwahre wir haben danach gebeten und bekamen Servietten. Wir probierten drei mal einen Taxi zu bekommen naja drei mal gingen wir leer aus. Die Badewanne hatte weder Duschvorhang noch Glasscheibe also hatten wir nach dem duschen ein See im Bad. Das war super da wir nicht einmal saubere tücher hatten. Positiv die Bar war stehts offen egal um welche Zeit

Terrible🙈 I haven't had such bad service in a long time. The room wasn't cleaned, we didn't have any fresh towels. Toilet paper was in short supply, we asked for it and got napkins. We tried three times to get a taxi, well, three times we got nothing. The bathtub had neither a shower curtain nor a glass pane, so after showering we had a lake in the bathroom. That was great because we didn't even have clean towels. On the positive side, the bar was always open no matter what time it was
