Beautiful hotel with excellent 5 star service. You should know that the directions to arrive will direct you through narrow roads filled with pedestrians...that IS the correct route, just go very slowly through the people. We loved our stay there.

Hotel de luxo no coração de Bellagio, excelentes instalações, muito bom para casais e também para crianças. O check in foi confuso, as informações do ********* não coincidiam com a do hotel e não consegui contato para resolver. Talvez por estarem voltando do período que ficam fechados no inverno, o serviço de concierge deixou muito a desejar. Informações desatualizadas sobre restaurantes e meio de locomoção entre as cidades. Precisam qualificar melhor os atendentes. Restaurantes impecáveis.

We had an amazing stay at the grand hotel villa serbellino. I would rate it among the top 5 hotels I have ever stayed. The view and grounds are unmatched in the area. The service was top notch. All staff members we encountered were generous and helpful. The breakfast area literally looks like a grand ballroom and all areas of the hotel are decorated with class. We tried La Goletta for dinner and the food was delicious. Catching a drink at the hotel outside patio before dinner is a must. We would love to return to this hotel in the future.

Excellent hotel! Very luxurious, room upgrade to the next level is worth it. Truly a classical experience. Top notch food/drinks/bar selection. Rooms are nicely stocked with all the amenities that make you feel at a high end hotel! Checked out other high end hotels on the lake and due to the strategic location of this one and the level of service/luxury we will return to this hotel on our next trip!

Location of this hotel is as good as it comes in, very scenic! The gardens and property are beautiful! The front desk is more or less useless a lot of attitude even for guests that are staying there. I called front desk multiple times. No one answered during my stay. The staff service can be improved tremendously for the price you pay at the hotel.

Family of 7 came in June 2024. This is an amazing place to stay if visiting lake Como. From a service perspective - this might be the most attentive service team. We were walking into the parking lot and the gentleman in charge of the gate saw it was raining and got out of guard shed to give us an umbrella. Just don’t see that many places. Also came out of the room one morning and people were scrubbing the floor to make sure a spot got cleaned. Has a pool indoors and outdoors which was great for our kids as it rained most afternoons. Breakfast was included and was delicious where we would eat a large late breakfast and then were full until a late dinner. I am sure there at other hotels in the area, but if we go back to the lake we would only stay here.
