Hotel Bala Regency

Ac to me serviced it was making lot of noise when it was put on there was no tissue in the room or in the toilet beddings need to be maintained even better to feel fresh

Location is good, otherwise hotel is just a average, food is ok. Need to work on customer satisfaction

No hygiene as per they charge 3250 - 3500- per day. Power problem manager's not co-operative worker staff service & behavior very good

Very spacious and courteous staff. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. Very well located.

The rooms are spacious but needs upkeep as they have become old especially the bathroom. The location is good. The restaurant and breakfast areas are pretty cut off from the main building where we stay. Also they look like places hardly frequented by any guests. The service is pretty ordinary in the restaurants. The pricing for this property based on these observations is quite high.

Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic Arrogant reception people. They are taking advantage of location.after going to reception I regret booking here. They charged breakfast for 5 year old kid that too for a suite room.except sad looking balcony ,there is nothing great of suite room Asked for extra bed at 10 and they sent at 11.30 at night.they are not good human beings . We are 5 of us .when we ordered finger chips,service guys gets it on small plate and when I asked for extra plates ,he says it rudely ....you should tell before hand .Their so called buffet restaurants in a shady place in 1st floor and old people can't climb......as there is no lift ...so inconsiderate..... We visited hubli,shimoga and so many places in karnataka but this hotel is expensive filled with arrogant people

Stayed at ac standard rooms. Rooms are decent, room service is ok, cleanliness would have been better. Food is average. Overall ok.

The property is not worth the receptionist has no courtesy while answering. The staff is full of negative attitudes. Speaking with full arrogance. Poor service. Horrible stay. Will never stay here again

The hotel is centrally located, is adequately clean. Rooms are functional, food is decent and most importantly doesn’t cause stomach upsets. Overall it is one of the few places for decent stay in bellary.
