Baymont by Wyndham Bellevue/Omaha

Accommodations were comfortable (though no hair dryer available). Breakfast grab bag minimal & you're sunk if you're a diabetic (Frosted Flakes cup!). Front desk clerks have no authority to extend a "late check out" by 1 simple hour...must be approved by manager (who was not around the afternoon I checked in nor the next morning when I repeated my request). I was a single female traveling to Bellevue for a Memorial service for a family friend & had planned to have lunch with the family at the restaurant the next day next door to the hotel at 12:30 (after they had finished at they're Sunday Church service). I knew no one else in town & only requested 1 extra hour (so until Noon) to stay warm & safe in the hotel room. NOT ALLOWED I was told. Larger hotel chains are more accommodating than this hotel & owners. Rest assured, neither my husband nor I will ever stay at this hotel again. Also, the bathroom floor had obviously not been cleaned in a bit as long, dark hairs & other dirt was still on the floor. I didn't even bother to use the shower.

Staff was nonexistent. Almost like no one worked there. No breakfast was put out.

It was a good room for a single guy, but some towels were stained and rugs needed more vacuuming. The staff was great and housekeeping showed up every day to see if I needed anything. Big thumbs up!

We had two rooms One room (258) had dirty towel with lipstick on it that wasnt replaced and empty beer cans in the closet

The King room was ok, mattress was pretty terrible. This room was clean and pretty good. The two queen room we had was awful. They are pet friendly, but when you get there they say they are only friendly for dogs and granddaughter has a cat for support. They had to hustle at the last minute before leaving to find a place to leave her cat. She wound up going home Saturday because of this issue. Lady at the front desk said they would cancel our rooms if we had the cat. Queen room also had hair all over the bathroom upon arrival, TV did not work, and a loud train whistle was heard ALL night long. A pillow was left in this room by accident, we asked for it to be shipped but they won't respond back so far. We spent over $500 for two rooms for two nights, we got ripped off!! Terrible experience!! We should get a refund for both rooms.

Room wasn’t very clean, walls were dirty and the bedspread had stuff on it.. obviously not washed! The second room we rented for our daughter was about the same but they left a dirty towel on the bed.
