La Residence Suite Hotel

It is converted from an apartment. The room is spacious however facility is a little bit outdated

Our stay at La Residence Suites Hotel was nothing short of AMAZING! We booked this hotel for our wedding block, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our guests, making the experience truly special. Check-in was a breeze, even though we arrived late at night. While the building has a more vintage look, the suites are incredibly spacious, and some of our guests got renovated rooms that were spotless and modern. The atmosphere is so COZY, with classic board games available for guests to enjoy. The kitchen in the suites is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—and then some! The location is unbeatable—right across from Bellevue Square and Bellevue Downtown Park, with the Bellevue Electric Shuttle stopping nearby. Despite its central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet at night. As cat lovers, we were delighted by the charming cat that added a nice touch to our stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, too. Although it only had snacks and pastries, the variety was good, and the quality was excellent. The cinnamon rolls and scones were personal favorites! To top it off, free parking was a huge plus, especially since most parking in Bellevue comes with a fee. We truly appreciated EVERYTHING about our stay and highly recommend La Residence Suites Hotel!

Such a wonderfully comfortable place to stay! I will definitely return next time I'm visiting family in Seattle.

A wonderful place to stay!

Right next to the mall and park at such a great price! My room had an entire kitchen and was in tip top shape. The people were so nice too!!!

Staff are very nice. Location is very good. Very clean. It's our 2nd time and will be back.

This place is an older facility but I would come back here in a heart beat. Play was clean, the room was like a little apartment, kitchen, living, dining and bedroom with bathroom. We were on the roadside, and for the most part it was very quiet at night. Staff were so nice and room services was available if you needed it. You literally walked across the street and through a parking garage and you were at a Mall which then led out to the Bellevue park restaurants, shops etc. Bellevue is a beautiful area. I would stay here again without question and will be doing so in January when I am back in the area for surgery.

My daughter and I met here to do some Christmas shopping and to just spend time together. We really enjoyed the room.

The front desk only operates into the evening but the staff is exceptional at trying to make your stay enjoyable. The building has a lot of 1950's feel. Although the building is aging, it is kept very clean. We were in the king suite, third floor facing the street. The views of the garden blooms enhanced the morning coffee. The kitchen reminds me of one of my first apartments, small but functional. The only disappointment here was the bath/shower tile. The grout has started to give up. That made the enclosure feel less clean. Very suitable place for a long stay. The bedroom allowed my companion to watch some TV after I went to bed, without disturbance. The bathroom is of the bedroom, privacy with anybody else in the suite would be limited. The couch and chair in the living space and the dining room table definately accommodates upto four people, but remember the bathroom location. There is only one although a two piece would have made this a family vacation hotspot. We are Canadians and were there for the BlueJays and Mariners series. From this hotel before and after the games parking lot to parking lot was twenty to twenty eight minutes. That was in gameday traffic and closures weekday and weekend. Would stay here for Sounders and Seahawks in the future as well.
