Hotel near the motorway, due to a date error during the booking we had to call the owner, who had to return to the hotel especially for us. Once everything is resolved, we are given the QR code to access the garage, use the lift and open the room door. Spacious and well furnished room. Large bathroom with shower cubicle. Small terrace with ashtray overlooking the roundabout and the Ticino river. The only flaw was the bed. Small, two could barely fit in and uncomfortable pillows. Average breakfast. The lady in the breakfast room has always been very kind. Overall I would recommend it.

Very poor value for money! Beds rock hard. Shower only with lukewarm water. Breakfast buffet no choice and no good food. In the end we were overcharged at the self check-out. Unfortunately the hotel has not responded to our emails to date! Not recommended at all, pure rip-off!
