The room is comfortable and well-equipped. But the hygiene needs to be improved. The sensor lights in the corridor are slow to respond, and it is dark just like the picture. The directions of the rooms on the 6th floor are not clear. But overall I am satisfied and the service is very good. I recommend everyone to stay.

Breakfast with few options. It was scheduled to be served until 10:00. We arrived at 9:00 am and there were no clean plates, cutlery or glasses. The food trays and juice jugs were empty.

Very good hotel, with excellent service (we had problems with the lock that were quickly resolved), excellent cleanliness, well served breakfast, quiet parking, easy location and close shopping (Via Brasil and some pizzerias, which served us well). I had no problems with the mattress, but Renata found it a little strange. A highlight is the acoustic insulation of the rooms, where you won't hear external noise, even though they are facing the street. I recommend it, especially for anyone who intends to visit the Pampulha region, great value for money!
