Non-functional air conditioner, incompetent reception agent (can't even read the reservation) he accepted me only after calls to another agent. Breakfast not provided saying that from 7:30 breakfast. Catastrophic end of service

La description de l'hôtel sont erronés hôtel Désastreus, Horriblement Sale Pas d'eau chaude Et ménage jamais fait Descente de lit horriblement sale et cet hôtel accueille tous les ivrognes du coin Car c'est un dépôt de vente d'alcool à consommation sur place, L'accueil rempli de personnes alcolisée et ivre, Bagarre le soir entre les personnes ivres, Je n'ai jamais pu prendre un petit déjeuner alors qu'il était compris dans le prix, Dans tous les cas vu de l'état de l'hôtel je pense que si j'avais pris un petit déjeuner j'aurais été intoxiqué
