Beautiful hotel with great beachside location, the staff were fantastic, super helpful and friendly, but very professional. Nice pool and spa facilities. Room was very clean, with good facilities and a massive bed! Breakfast was really good, with if anything, too much choice. Can't really fault this hotel. Would recommend and definitely stay again on future trips.

The rooms are not clean the carpet looks like somebody has vomited on it there is hair on the floor and the service is so bad we had to wait three hours to check and the bathroom is so dirty recommend to not come and the best thing is the soccer field it is so small food is so bad but then they maked up for it but a little dirty

Nous avons séjourné ma famille et moi dans cet hôtel! J’ai rarement vu un sens de l’accueil et du service aussi aiguisé! Ils sont au petit soin avec le sourire et un énorme professionnalisme ! Mention spéciale à Madame Jihanne… une gestion de ses équipes parfaite avec respect et dévouement! Un moment hors du temps dans cet hôtel qui nous bichonne ! Le retour à la réalité sera difficile… merci à vous tous

je suis devenue accro à venir chaque nuit à l hôtel pour dinner a chengritto et finir la soirée à l esplagnade et s amuser à la music surtout qu avec l excellent service client offert par Mr Redouane, Ousama et Amado sans oublier les djs ,serice est top notche, Redouane,ousama sont extrement respectueux,répandent immédiatement a ts les besoins, je me sent hyper confortable et contente de venir chaque nuit,merci à vous tous de nous avoir accueillis.

Excellent hotel !!! Mon epouse et moi avons adoré l'hotel.... Excellent service Restauration impeccable Ambiance et disponibilité a la piscine La chambre est très propre et spacieuse Bonne vibe le soir.... cinéma plein air et live band Le petit dej était délicieux sans oublié les rghayefs exquis Spa au petit soin aussi (merci pour le geste) Enfin M.Allouchi merci pour votre acceuil et votre professionnalisme On y retournera le mois prochain sans faute
