Instalaciones, gym, spa, comedor, golf, habitaciones y parking, además del lobby de 9. Servicio de comedor en buffet de 9, variado y de primera calidad. Staff del hotel de 9 y mención especial a Christian Rodríguez por su profesionalidad y memoria. El lugar tiene magia y es muy adecuado para relax o como punto de salida para conocer toda la provincia de Cádiz. Repetiré sin duda. Un placer. Cádiz de 10 y la gente local maravillosa!!

Siempre hemos tenido buena experiencia con este hotel, pero hoy ha sido desagradable hasta el momento. Nuestra habitación estaba ya ocupada, nos dan una solución pero sin decirnos nada que era para personas con discapacidad, entramos y había una cucaracha en la cama y con fuerte olor a humedad. La segunda opción, después de la revisión, estaba llena de grillos, alrededor de la cama. Nos han dado una tercera opción, pero no creo que repitamos en el futuro dada la experiencia.

Grand resort dans un environnement très calme et reposant. L'hôtel n'est pas un véritable 5 étoiles, mais sincèrement à 120 € la grande suite de 70 m2 avec petit-déjeuner, le rapport qualité-prix est assez exceptionnel (séjour fin août 2024) La chambre avec un grand salon et une belle salle de bain avec douche et baignoire séparées (WC également séparés et non dans la salle de bains), 2 terrasses avec belles vues, était très confortable et agréable. Le mobilier est un peu fatigué mais tout est très propre et fonctionnel. La terrasse du bar " trou N°19" avec une très belle vue sur le golf est très agréable ; un jeune serveur de ce bar, dont je n'ai pas noté le nom, était très efficace, compétent et d'une gentillesse extrême. Le petit déjeuner, que l'on peut prendre à la belle saison en terrasse avec la même vue sur le golf, est complet et de bonne qualité (œufs sous diverses formes, jus de fruits frais, yaourts, fruits divers fromages et charcuteries). Le parking couvert très spacieux et facile d'accès (ce qui est exceptionnel en Espagne où les parkings sont souvent mal conçus) est gratuit. Belle piscine extérieure. Parties communes très bien entretenues (y compris toilettes toujours très propres). Certains chipoteront sur certains détails, mais honnêtement vu les prix proposés très compétitifs et le confort proposé à ce prix, nous avons été plutôt séduits.

I have to disagree with some of the previous reviews, at least in my opinion. The hotel and rooms are spotless. The room I had was spacious, very comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect and free limited mini bar. The buffet restaurant although not cheap was good. The quality of the food was good and the staff were constantly filling the buffet with fresh food. The pool bar had a great menu which was also appetising. The pool was great but would probably need more sun beds to cater for the demand. There was definitely enough space for more Sun beds. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to assist and accommodate the guests. This I experienced and witness myself with other guests. The hotel has spectacular views of the countryside. Unfortunately I don’t play golf so cannot comment but the golf course looked well maintained which must be difficult considering constant temperatures of 35’C. It also appeared to be popular with many golf buggies on the course. In general the hotel is comfortable and very relaxing. Would definitely return.
