Hotel situado en Benavente, muy cerca del casco histórico y comercial. Hotel tranquilo, limpio con amenities , zapatillas y albornoz. Bañera que solo funciona ducha y no hidromasage Desayuno tipo bufet, con poca variedad pero todo rico. La recepción no es 24horas.

No aceptéis habitación 501 ,es una buhardilla oscura ,con una ventana por donde no entra ni luz ni aire ,el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, si abres la ventana el ruido de la calle al ser carretera, no te deja dormir , La bañera con hidromasaje no funciona ,cuando preguntamos ,la respuesta fue" unas funcionan y otras no " El desayuno mejor hacerlo fuera del hotel ,es muy caro y escaso en variedad y calidad

Nos alojamos una noche en el hotel, por la que pagamos 68€ en abril 2024 más 7€/pax/desayuno. Nos sorprendió gratamente el cuarto de baño, pese a no tener plato de ducha como preferimos, porque estaba muy limpio, con bidé, tenía toallas buenas y nuevas, incluso albornoz y zapatillas (no olvidemos que es un 3*), espejo de aumento para maquillarte, además de "amenities" variadas. Con caja fuerte y minibar con bebidas a precios razonables. Pedimos dos almohadas individuales porque la cama tenía una sola de matrimonio y nos las dieron diferentes según gusto sin problema. El desayuno es bueno aunque no tenga nada caliente (huevos, salchichas y bacon), pero yo soy vegetariana y desayuné bien. Buen detalle los botecitos de cristal con tomate natural y la bebida de soja. En la propia calle se puede aparcar sin dificultad y es tranquilo. Frente al hotel una buena panadería. A 10 minutos del centro andando. De pasar por Benavente, repetiríamos.

We have always returned to this excellent hotel for years. Very comfortable beds, many amenities, bathrobes, slippers, very clean and very good value for money! Karina at reception very professional and attentive. Highly recommended!!!

The room was clean but the bed was a rock, the air freshener was very strong, the bathroom had a towel warmer that fell apart and both in the afternoon and at 9:30 in the morning you could hear drilling, very annoying. On the other hand, the attention of the hotel staff was very friendly. I would not repeat, very poor quality/price.
