Great location near all the restaurants. Staff are nice and friendly. Rooms are small but clean. However, the AC was freezing and no way to control the temp. Had to sleep with a jacket and mask on. wasn't a great sleep. Small space if you have luggage and no space to pray.

So far so good , recomanded when you were waiting for the flight for over night ☺️

The area is just inside at terminal no 3 Really good place to stay .

First was asked two times whether I have a booking even I showed the voucher from trip.com. room had a mobile A/C as central room A/C was broken. This thing was loud like a jet engine. Could hardly sleep. Avoid this thing at any cost.

I took a shower and the room is floating with water, not sure where it came from. I was too tired so didn’t ask to change a room. Except this little incident, rest of the stay was fine.

the location is very good and Convenient. the room is very clean and the piloow and the bed very comfortable. but the standing arlir conditioner is very noisy. i think it need to change. the service potter and resepsionis is very good.

Direction: The hotel was located in the airport, so if you're bookibg a grab to this place, locate for T3 departure gate 4D. Once you enter the airport, head all the way to the back. The entrance is hidden beside a barber store. Do note that there's a stairs down to the hotel check in counter. Do note that this hotel is not ideal for people on wheelchair and crutches, as you'll have to go down and up stairs. The check in was smooth and quick. Despite being windowless, the hotel room was spacious for a layover rest. The bed was comfortable and soft! The charging point uses the standard singapore plug. The toilet was great! It came with a bidet! They provided toothbrush, vanity kit, soap, and shampoo, conditioner! Overall the room and amenities is super clean! It's conveniently located in the airport so you'll have easy access to check in for early flights.

Very small room. Not so clean enough. Air condition is very noisy. Price is not worth it.

Just next to T3 departure lounge, very convenient location. Service good, offer welcome drink and morning call. Not spacious with limited facility, no hair dryer. AC loud. Overall okay for overnight stay
