This is a quite good hotel for a short stay close to the airport . We stay here often when transit in Jakarta . The rooms are quite big , and well equipped . The breakfast is very good . The shuttle to the airport is quite convenient .

the hotel is far from the city center but it is close to the airport about 20 minutes. they have a free airport shuttle every hour. its a good choice if a short visit to Jakarta

The shuttle service is terrible. First, I arrived at CGK T3 around 00:30am and I have called the (shuttle) driver multiple times to no avail. I opted a taxi and paid more to save the time. Second, the next day when I told them that I will take the 11:00am shuttle, it did not shown until 11:15am. Once again, I opted a taxi in order to be on time at the airport for my next connecting flight. Better to not mentioning that the hotel have shuttle service than having to experience this disappointing service. Thank you!
