Das Hotel ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings ist das Standard Zimmer extrem klein, sodass es zu zweit kaum nutzbar ist. Da das Zimmerfenster zum Hoteleingang orientiert war, gab es die ganze Nacht durch Lärm durch scheinbar betrunkene Gäste. Das Hotel sah keine Veranlassung für Ruhe zu sorgen. Fernseher funktionierte nur als Radio, Fernsehsender waren entweder total verpixelt oder der Signal unterbrach alle paar Sekunden. Das angepriesene Restaurant hatte zu - es wurde allerdings weder auf der Buchngsseite noch auf der Seite des Hotels angekündigt. Sogar in einem Telefongespräch einige Tage davor wurde noch bestätigt, dass das Restaurand offen ist, sogar bei einem Online Check-in keine Erwähnung der Schliessung. Das Personal quitierte die Beschwerde mit " hab ich auch nicht gewusst". Frühstück war in Ordnung, nichts besonderes, so wie im Ibis Hotels der Standard ist. Also schönes Gebäude mit Potential, für den Preis allerdings nicht zu empfehlen.

The service was impeccable, from answering emails, to responding to queries, to calling back for confirmation. It was the easiest online check-in, and the rooms were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any length of stay while in Benesov. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a simple yet comprehensive buffet.

We did not feel this property was a good value for the price. We stayed at many different hotels in larger cities on this trip that were much nicer for the same rate or just a bit more. The breakfast had very limited options and we paid for parking that was outside the hotel on the street, although there seemed to be a garage under the hotel. The signage outside the hotel was very difficult to see. We coordinated for massages and it was really just a rub down with very little working of sore muscle groups.

The floor in my room was dirty when I arrived and after 3 days stay, it was dirty when I left. Crumbs under the table from previous occupant were never cleaned. Otherwise hotel was fine.
One additional thing, I was the only one in my group of over 10 people that was asked to present a passport. Racial profiling like this is not acceptable.

The hotel was amazing. The lobby smelled really good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good each morning. The only negative was no A/C but the front desk clerk was nice enough to let me borrow a fan, which worked great.
