Strategy location, easy and smooth checkin, reception very friendly. But have a one problem, freezer it’s not function as well just using for warm not for cool and also not provided iron at room. So far, everything ok, I’m very happy with my husband stay at Ibis Style Nogoya Hotel😘❤️

Rooms not exactly clean and we wondered if the towels were floor mats. Location is convenient to go elsewhere but nothing literally nearby. breakfast was okay. Staff friendly.

simple and fuss free hotel. near to nagoya hill, 10 mins drive. hotel provides shuttle to some of the prominent malls.

This us our 2nd time staying in this hotel. There are few things that need some improvements. - Rooms are spacious and clean. Keep it up. - Room is lack of toiletries such shower cap, disposable shaver. If its something not to be provided, it would be nice if the reception counter able to inform us upon completing the check in. Or a little note in the individual rooms. - Housekeeping need ti be review and improved. Our towels were not changed after the 1st night. We noticed the housekeeper just fold the soiled towel and hung it on the rack when we were about to use it. Housekeeping was not done till about 4pm local time. - Breakfast buffet spread needs to be relook and improve. Have more varieties such as varities of breads and pastries. We decided not to go for the breakfast on our last day before checking out. - The pools are murky after a day of heavy rain. The management should change the pool water so the hotel guests are able to swim in the pool. I hope things can be improve further.

service speed could be better if more manpower are hired, lift can be on maintenance without any notice and no information were passed down to guests that there's a backup lift for guests to head down..mineral waters are very limited to guests per day and staffs will be very reluctant to get them for you from the receptionist... be prepared to get your own water from the nearest hypermarket.

Good service from staff to remind me of the IDR100K deposit. Got no shops around the hotel. And the only hotel i been to without hand bar soap.

The room was great and spacious however if you want to go to a mall you will need to take a grab.

I really like the location of the hotel. Check in took a longer than I expected. No proper queue system. Any customer can just jump the queue for check in. Wouldn’t recommend to stay if you are a light sleeper. Sound seems to be able to seep through every corner of the room. Can hear flushing of toilet bowl and shower sounds from other rooms as well. Breakfast choices very limited and not up to standard compared to other hotels who are charging the same.

Location is not in the central but we can always travel by grab. Room is huge but cleanliness can be better.

Cleanliness of room could be further improved, there are stains on the pillow sheets. Soap and toilet paper were also not replenished. Breakfast spread could be further improved. It is quite limited. The coffee and tea were also very diluted. Milo made from the Nescafe vending machine was also very diluted. Probably need to take grab to malls.

Hotel sound proofing is bad. Stayed 2 nights and always get awaken by people outside the room. No room service to speak of, requested for shaving kit 3 times and none came. When check out, do not forget your deposit, they will keep quiet unless you asked for it. Recep looked unhappy when i asked for my deposit. But overall the hotel do look nice.
