Fabulous 4 night break away in Benidorm staying at the Barcelo. Amazing location. Breakfast had something for everyone ( we were only bed and breakfast) The roof top pool and bar was really nice we never struggled to get a sun bed. As for the lift situation we never had a problem with the lifts either... Never had a hotel room with so many power points, I counted 7 sockets in our room not to mention the 4 USB points. There's a safe which is free to use too. Kettle and fridge are useful being a Brit and needing my morning brew before leaving the room All in all a fabulous hotel, with great food, in a fantastic location, would we return?? Hell yes

location was excellent and was exactly where we wanted to be, however that is all, we've stayed in several hotels across Benidorm and this was one of the worst in regards to food quality, the lift system. the silly wristbands and the staffing levels, and we will not be staying with you again.

Just back from a 4 night stay to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. The hotel is beautiful, smart & modern. We didn’t have a deluxe superior room but had a corner room with the most amazing large balcony. We were very happy with it, it was super quiet, didn’t hear a thing from anyone else once in the room. The hotel left a bottle of fizz, ice bucket, glasses, a handwritten note & a piece of dessert on my husband’s birthday, we had it on the gorgeous balcony. We loved sitting downstairs with a coffee in the morning, watching the beach & the world go by. We especially enjoyed the roof top bar & terrace & when they had the DJ set on Sunday afternoon, it was lovely chilled vibe with superb views. Breakfasts were excellent too and the staff polite & super efficient. Thank-you for spoiling us Barcelo & hopefully we’ll be back for my birthday in February. We absolutely loved it ❤️

Exceptional Hotel. Right on the beach front. 4 mins from old town. Quiet area. Hotel is absolutely fantastic 5 🌟 beautifully presented . Very clean. Stunning rooms with king beds all the items in rooms, including luxury toiletries . Fabulous big shower rooms. Beautiful rooftop pool and sun bed area. Fab top door bar, fantastic staff. The whole hotel is spotless throughout. The breakfast choice is just amazing Evan champagne if you want. I am in room 507 now and I simply cannot fault this fantastic hotel . I would definitely come back again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the junior suite.I can highly recommend these rooms for the space, massive bed, lovely rainfall shower, what we loved most was the big terrace with a sofa and sun loungers all to yourself it has great views.The location of the hotel is right on the sesafront within a few minutes of the old town.

Birthday weekend away! Such a lovely hotel in a great spot for the old town. The staff were amazing and even left us a bottle of fizz for my husband’s birthday. Inma and Victor were awesome and looked after our every need. We checked out at 12 and our bags were looked after then at 5 we had use of a courtesy room to shower. We had a sea view room which I highly recommend, the rooftop bar was lovely and breakfast was fab too! Thank you for our lovely stay!
