The receptionist Laura is charming, helpful, professional, and attentive. The hotel has wonderful views, the buffet is good. The location is in front of the Poniente beach, you walk everywhere, you forget about the car since it is pedestrian. It has entertainment for adults and children. Thanks to the director for the detail.

Our second Christmas at The Corona Del Mar in Benidorm. Ideally located for the beach and into the old town. It's a very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are lovely and the showers are hot. The food us plentiful and varied. We did think it could be a bit hotter, but that's us brits, we like our food a lot hotter than the rest of Europe. Christmas Eve Gala dinner was fab, lots of free drinks. The same again on Christmas day lunch. You get Christmas day lunch even if you are only on DBB. You get 10% if all drinks at the bar, but they are not expensive anyway, and the measures are very generous. The only down side to staying at the Corona was the evening entertainment. Lots of people there thought, as we did, the acts were not very good. Overall though we had a wonderful time and will be going back.

We have just come back from a lovely stay at corona del Mar, room lovely amazing sea view room would recommend paying the extra, cleaning staff great. Food was nice with plenty of choice!. Water machine on every floor is a nice touch, kettle in the room. Things not so great Hair dryer hard work would advise bringing your own struggled holding the button for long enough!. The pool is freezing i am aware its december but maybe a heated outdoor pool would please quests more in the colder months , you pay a lot of money and can't even have a swim outdoors there is an indoor pool but very small so never bothered just does not have that holiday feel!. We are smokers cant smoke on the balcony not great having to keep going down to have a cigarette, only hotel we have stayed in where you can't smoke on the balcony and relax with the view we paid for. Overall though a lovely hotel just little things I have pointed out that us personally missed.

Everything in the hotel was lovely, and we enjoyed staying there, and would stay there again. Two things could be improved: 1) only with breakfast was coffee on offer, not with lunch and dinner; 2) the grilled food on offer was not served hot enough.

I loved my 28 night trip to Corona Del Mar - thank you to the fabulous staff, cleaning ladies and usual friendly atmosphere. How ever much Laura is paid on reception, it is not enough - she is brilliant as are all the other ladies meeting and greeting! As I was there for a month I did notice the food was on a weekly change of menu. After week 3 I noticed the fish quality went down considerably as did the repetitiveness of certain items for example turkey was served 2-3 times a week. It was a pity salmon stopped as did tuna on my final week as being a fish lover- it was missed:(. Elizabeth Navidad to you all.
