The rooms are not as expected to small air conditioning is good pool is terrible and always in the shade food is ok ISH but to queue is a disgrace not enough staff and when you ask all I got told was I only work here not a good stay at all I wouldn't recommend what would say is have a look at another hotel it's a shame really as me and my family was really looking forward to it benidorm itself is super

After reading some of the reviews I thought OMG but I can honestly say this hotel is absolutely amazing ,the decor is lovely ,it's spotless we went for the fiesta so it was full but everyone was great the food was lovely always something to eat and the kebabs were delicious and I've never seen so much choice for breakfast the rooms were cleaned every day the maids were very friendly reception staff were great the only moan I would have about this hotel would be the bar staff they were very rude and never made you feel welcome but I would definitely stay there again

Start positive: Reception staff and the food was great. Wrist bands are poor, one day I had to go to reception to have it re-set 4 times, you could not get a drink unless it was active, so you missed your place in the bar queue. Bar queues were long at peak times. They have a rule of 2 drinks per person and we are a family of 4, when I told the bar staff this, he gave me 2 drinks and I was then dismissed like a child and told to re join the back of the queue to get the other 2 drinks. Chill-out area on the rooftop is nice, however we told to leave half hour earlier, no reason, however I think it was because only my husband & I were there. We were expect to get a welcome pack (food and drink) as we booked Ultra all Inclusive, we didn't get it. It's a 4* hotel, I'd rate it as a low 3*

Look elsewhere
For the money we spent, we found the people working there to be quite rude and unhelpful. Beds were uncomfortable and it was quite loud at night making it hard to sleep. Water park closed early on a hot day. Not worth it

Podría ser mejor
En el hotel nos se puede pagar en efectivo.te obligan a llevar los vasos de plástico y te cobran un depósito por ellos.tienes que buscarte la vida para aparcar.la mayoría de camareros están como a disgusto y ni miran a los clientes es una pena el trato.salvo por una señora rubia en el restaurante africa virgencita que era muy maja y amable.la mayoría de la comida es frita y no hay mucha variedad.

En fantastisk bartender fra Cuba og ei resepsjonist reddet servicen på hotellet. Må kanskje ta med en renholder, en av underholderne ved bassenget og en morsom vaktmester. Ellers var maten svært varierende, samt rom og fellesområdene slitt. Preg av oppussings behov og sure ansatte

Muy buena estancia y muy buen buffet. Solo se puede reprochar el que los británicos eran demasiado ruidosos por la noche. Por lo demás, tanto el trato personal como la limpieza y la comida eran excelentes.

Magníficas mini vacaciones en familia, Todo excelente. Todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel, grandisimos profesionales. Muy buena comida y muy variada. Todas las instalaciones del hotel súper limpias. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Sin ningúna duda si volvemos a ir a Benidorm, repetiremos nuestras vacaciones en el hotel Magic Aqua Rock Gardens.

Hemos estado este fin de semana en el Magic Rock Gardens y ha sido fantástico. Todo de 10. Hemos estado de maravilla. La comida muy buena, el personal es un encanto. La habitacion maravillosa. Hemos estado muy muy bien. Gracias a todo el equipo por cuidarnos.
