The best part of this hotel was the cleanliness. Cleaners every day. Changed towels every day if you wanted. Rooms were immaculate. We even saw cleaners scrubbing the sun beds with disinfectant and soapy water one morning. Pool was kept clean. Always a sunbed free. Food was ok but seemed to get better as the week went on. Sunday roast. Lamb steaks one night which were cooked to perfection. Not a lover of bacon or sausage but the breakfasts were lovely. I had porridge then scrambled egg but plenty of choices. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant. In fact all the staff were pleasant. Plenty of greenery around the place. Bus stop outside hotel to take you to old town or next village. Short walk away from bars, takeaways market shopsand restaurants. 2 minute walk to Benidorm Palace theatre. Saw a lovely show. Worth the visit. Would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing holiday but know you can get into the main centre when ever you want.

Don’t go here. Food was bad, tasted so cheap and not good quality. I don’t know how some people say it’s good, but it’s nowhere near as good as other all inclusives in Benidorm The adult pool that was advertised was closed There was a wedding on the Saturday we were there so the hotel was packed with guests and staff weren’t available to help paying guests of the hotel The staff are so rude and unfriendly. You feel like a burden all the time It’s about a 20 minute walk into town which isn’t too bad but I don’t know why you would want to stay so far away when the quality isn’t there. We thought we might get a more luxury hotel being away from the centre but this place needs serious work We were aware of multiple Brits having things go missing from their room while we stayed there The hotel itself could be lovely with better staff, better facilities and much better food It was clean but outdated. Wouldn’t come back, and would encourage others to book elsewhere

Cannot believe some reviews!! What's wrong with you people??? Ah, I know - you're British so won't try anything you can't recognise!! The hotel is brill, this is our 6th visit. We stay half board so have option of main meal at lunchtime or dinner. Generally we ate at lunchtime & we were never disappointed. Hubby will have a go at most things & was in heaven with all the fish dishes cooked fresh on the plancha. Staff in all areas of the hotel are friendly, all greet you with a 'buenas dias'. Rooms good size & fab, private, quiet balcony. Have already booked for next year.

This hotel has one of the best indoor and outdoor pool facilities. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughter has nut allergy and is also a vegetarian. The staff in the Restaurant couldn't have done enough to accommodate her food needs.

Excellent hotel, will be coming back again. The hotel is beautiful, the vegetation hanging from the balconies is lovely and gives you privacy. The rooms are spacious and comfy. The rooms are always immaculate. Clean towels every day. Large shower, plenty of mirrors and plugs. Large balcony. Plenty of sun beds, always clean and tidy. Rooftop pool for the adults beautiful with gorgeous views. Impeccable customer service. all staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast & Lunch was lovely, plenty to choose from. Dinner wasn't much choice, this is the only fault i have. Indoor spa pool lovely. 15 min walking distance to the beach front and 5/10 min walking distance to our favourite bar 'The Rock & Roll House'. Bus stop opposite hotel if you don't want to walk for 3 euros 20 for both of us. We loved the hotel and Benidorm. we will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel.. cleaners work their socks of daily. Beautiful pools and an adults only pool which is fab. However we went half board but after 2nd day had to eat out...the dining room food was extremely pitiful no selection whatsoever and what was out, well I just couldn't even eat it..all in all the food is pretty disgusting. Based on the food I would never return to this hotel which is sad as it's a lovely hotel. Also found the restaurant staff pretty rude!

Family of 4 mid july visit. The hotel itself was nice, the pools were nice, the kids play pool is great amd evening entertainment was decent. We booked the large family room which wasnt all that large 2 beds and a double pull out couch which totally killed us as it doesnt go completely flat so your sleeping at an angle. However the food from the restaurant was not that great. We have been on several all inclusives and this was by far the least choices available each night. Breakfast was okay but the timings theybwere open we found were too late especially with young children 2 and 6. Who wake up at 6am and need ti wait until 8am for breakfast. Lunch time was okay but dinner not again opening until 7.30 was too late for the kids who are used to eating at 6. So were over hungry by this point and woudnt eat much. There seemed to be alot more spanish holiday makers at the hotel than brits and that doesnt bother me at all but the kids entertainment team only spoke in spanish even though they could speak english so the kids couldnt understand them and so wouldnt join in the games and struggled with the mini disco as they didnt know what theyvwere telling them to do also the mini disco starting at 9pm till 10pm good god their eyes were falling out at this point and they were running on fumes. I understand families on the continent have siestas and go to bed later but uk families dont. So this kind of ruined it for us. The evening

El hotel no esta mal, le sobra lo de Sup al cuatro estrellas. Las habitaciones bien, la limpieza tambien muy bien. La comida no es muy variada pero lo que hay esta bueno. Respecto a las piscinas, no estan mal, salvo la de la azotea (solo adultos) en la que si te bañas de te quedan los bañadores amarillos. Lo comunicamos a la persona que mantenia la piscina e insiste en que reclamemos en recepción, asi hacemos, enviamos incluso mail con fotos y seguimos a dia de hoy ya en casa, esperando que el señor director se digne a danos una mínima explicación. Nada de indemnizarnos por estropearnos los bañadores, pero ni siquiera dar la cara y pedirnos disculpas? Eso para mi deja mucho que desear. El personal salvo algunos camarer@s un poco bordes, la mayoria excelentes. Respecto al Todo Incluido, prácticamente no entra casi nada, respecto a otros todo incluidos que hemos estado, muy malo.

Todo genial, la ubicación del hotel es fantástica si quieres desconectar al completo de la ciudad de Benidorm. Comenzando por la comida, muy rica y personal del restaurante amable y acogedor, en el bar de la piscina también genial y recomiendo el todo incluido si vas con niños que contiene bastante. Las instalaciones genial también, todas las piscinas muy bien, no hay un gran hacinamiento en las tumbonas ni en el agua y la de only adults fantástica para un momento de paz. Los recepcionistas muy amables y pacientes con algún problema que haya habido, las habitaciones impecables y organizadas siempre. Pasando a la animación del hotel, la infantil muy bien, dar gracias a Mahnoor por lo bien que se lo han pasado mis niñas como los niños de los demás en las manualidades y juegos que ha realizado en la zona de toboganes de los niños, se llevan muchas risas, y la animación adulta bastante escasa, continuamente las mismas actividades, los animadores con los adultos no animan mucho la piscina a la hora de los juegos, pero majos, pienso que está se puede mejorar y la infantil que siga así de bien. Los socorristas en general bien, un joven más atento a los niños que se agradece mucho. Repetiría la estancia en el hotel por lo familiar y acogedor que es.
