1st and last time here, obnoxious reception staff, very unfriendly to my wife and I, pur us in a room on bottom floor facing the street, the food was good and the bed comfortable and everything was clean, but what we found is that this hotel caters very much for Spanish clientel, there is no entertainment for British guests and the Spanish guests of which there is many are very impolite to British guests, we usually get quite depressed when leaving Benidorm for home ,but not on this occasion, we were glad to leave the RH VICTORIA and will not be returning.

Return visit on 1/12.As always received a warm welcome and were checked into room 708 where we found some sweets and a little note welcoming us back. Our room was spotlessly clean.We enjoyed some lovely food in the restaurant and drinks at the bar. Its lovely to see and speak to staff from previous visits.Sadly due to a family bereavement we had to cut our holiday short and fly home.Everybody was so helpful , kind and sympathetic concerning our situation.Once again the wonderful staff at this hotel showed themselves to be the best in Benidorm . Thank you all and we hope to return to see you all very soon.

Our favourite hotel in Benidorm. Had a lovely week here the 1st week in November. Cannot fault anything about the hotel. Checked in quickly and reception staff very helpful. Think it was Cristina, she's lovely. Rooms, and all of hotel, spotlessly clean. Comfi beds and pillows and rooms and bathroom a really good size. Food excellent and always found it hot. Dining room staff always pleasant, happy and helpful and always make you welcome. We tried to book again later in November but hotel was full, but we will be back

Excellent Hotel
Amazing! 5 minute walk into the Old Town. Lovely, spacious, hotel and completely modern. Great price and the service from everybody was excellent throughout. Only booked B&B, but the breakfast selection was vast, tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend!
