Arrived early, check in was quick and efficient and we were allowed to leave our luggage until the room was ready. Popped back later for the room key and luggage, very impressive. Room 207 was well appointed and exactly what you would expect from a four plus hotel. Room serviced every day and linen replaced at least every other day from what I recall and towels replaced every day on request. My husband had his birthday while we were there and the hotel very kindly and without any notice left a balloon, a card and lollipops on the bed for him. A very unexpected touch! Our board basis was bed and breakfast so I cannot comment on anything other than the first meal of the day. Breakfast was superb. You would need to be a very fussy eater not to find something that you would enjoy. More cold cuts and cheese than you could ever eat, buns, croissants and waffles both hot and cold. Three types of sausage, English, Spanish and Chorizo. Beans, tomato, mushrooms, bacon (Spanish type bacon I call it, but hey ho) and eggs over and under, scrambled and in omelettes. Great hotel I would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Benidorm.

We always enjoy staying at the RH Victoria. Great value when booked directly through RH Hotels website. The location is very handy for the Old Town. The refurbished rooms are extremely comfortable and the hotel's public areas are very clean. The restaurant has had a complete makeover which is lovely. The food is good with plenty of choice (sometimes could be just a wee bit hotter). The staff at reception are friendly and helpful but Eva is wonderful and goes all out to make your stay very enjoyable. We will be back asap.

This was our first visit at RH Victoria Hotel. We did have a lovely few days holiday and our room was lovely. We had a sitting area off the bedroom, which was handy for storing luggage, but we didn’t use the sofa. Unfortunately we noticed a stain which looked like a cigarette burn on the sofa. We were on the 18th floor.. we had a beautiful view and could see the sea and part of Benidorm, but not being keen so high up, we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the balcony. The room was kept clean and fresh towels every day. The beds were very very comfortable. The pool area however isn’t used much due to the surrounding buildings causing it to be shaded from the sun. However, the beach is close by and sun loungers available all day for 6 euros. Having stayed in the Presidente Hotel, we always enjoyed the pool area and their snack bar at lunchtime. So we were disappointed even the bar at front of the hotel only offered a very plain ham cheese toastie. Nothing else. The location is perfect for the old town though and we enjoyed it for that reason. Handy to Tapas Alley etc. breakfast was excellent and always kept food topped up.

We have just returned from a week here with our teenage Son. We booked direct with the hotel and booked a Happy Family room which is great if you have older kids who want their own space - you literally get two separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom (only one balcony). The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom didn't look like it had been modernised but it was spacious, clean and functional. We booked all inclusive and when we arrived were given gold all inclusive instead of the standard blue wrist bands. This meant we got branded spirits, bottled beers / soft drinks and also red bull. The restaurant had probably the smallest selection of hot food of any hotel we have stayed in whilst in Benidorm but on all other than 1 day we didn't struggle to find something we liked. The staff in the hotel were excellent, especially the reception and bar staff. As per other reviews the only real negative was the pool situation. If you're planning on lounging round the pool all day you'll probably be disappointed as the pool only got the sun for a few hours in the afternoon. The upstairs terrace got it for a couple of hours longer but still not all day. Also when we visited the pool bar was shut meaning the bar was up a flight of stairs and walk to the other side of the hotel. No issue for us but those with mobility problems may not appreciate that. Hotel location is great, close to the beach, old town and *****. There are some small bars close to the hotel which were decent and a slightly bigger bar called winners a little bit further away. All showed sport and had good priced drinks. Whilst this hotel won't be for everyone we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here in September as a group of friends. Age range between 30 and 68 so a wide range. The hotel is at the end of levante beach just before the old town so a great location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance. The old town is brilliant and a much more relaxed chill out vibe. The rooms are clean and spacious with a large bathroom and shower. AC worked fine when we were there. Food was fine without being spectacular but has something for everyone. A but repetitive by the end if the week. Staff are lovely and always very helpful which is a credit to the hotel. The only negative we could report is that the pool is often in the shade as the hotel is overlooked by other tall hotels. The pool is fine but if you are looking for all day sun then that could be an issue. Overall a great stay and the price is well worth it for what you get. Would definately stay again.

Good points - great location for Old & New Town and the beach. All easily walkable. Excellent staff, very friendly and great service Hotel clean and our room was a good size and nice and airy Bad points - food! We didn't get one hot meal all week. One day I heated my breakfast in the microwave just to get it warm. Really not good enough and I see there have been previous complaints about this, so why has it not been sorted? Pool area not great, a bit tired. However we used RH Royal which is much nicer Entertainment not our cup of tea as we don't do line dancing but some poeple obviously enjoyed it. Overall a pleasant hotel but food really lets it down, doubt we will return.

Stayed at the rh victoria last june 2023 and gave it 5* this year was disappointing. Went as a party of 3 adults stayed in twin room for 3 people,third bed was a sofa bed thin mattress very uncomfortable complained at reception and to be fair replace thin mattress with a a proper mattress onthe second day Maid came in everyday to clean but was sand and hair left under the beds.Requested for sheets to be changed on the 5th of a 10 day stay this never happened, had to stay in one day to catch the maid to get extra toilet rolls as none left for 3 days Food choice had also dropped in quality compared to last year and I'm not a fussy eater Thoroughly enjoyed our stay last year but disappointed this year
