Honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. Cleaning: The room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days: sheets not changed, rubbish bags not taken (there was no actual bin), toilet rolls and towels not replenished. After that it was hit and miss on whether the room was cleaned in full, or whether the sheets were just straightened up on the beds (not actually changed). Our toddler broke a glass on the balcony before we went out for the day. We apologised when we reported it to reception but when we came back it wasn’t cleared up. I had already picked up the larger pieces myself before we left, we just asked for the smaller shards to be swept up. This meant we had to keep our balcony door closed to keep our toddler away from the shards until I ended up sweeping it up myself. Food: The food was really, really poor. No real variety, same sort of stuff every day. We ended up eating out for most dinners and didn’t bother with breakfast because we couldn’t stomach what they were serving. That alone sapped up most of our spending money and really put a dampener on the holiday. Seeing as we booked All Inclusive, this felt like a massive waste of money. Room: We had a family room, and with an under-2, we asked for a cot to be provided when we booked. This was provided and a great size for our child. The room itself was spacious, the beds were a great size and reasonably comfortable (at least for me, they were quite hard mattresses). I believe all the rooms are pool-facing and we were quite high up too so other than the hotel next door slightly blocking the view, it was nice seeing the town from there. However, there was a plug on the wall for the hairdryer that had came off leaving all the wires exposed! These are right next to the sink and was a H&S nightmare! Facilities: The TV and signal was decent until the English channels stopped working, but that wasn’t really a dealbreaker for us. The wi-fi was poor. Kept dropping every time we were using it and I don’t think it’s fit to service that many clients. The lifts seemed to have a mind of their own as well. They all worked, but you could never tell where they were going to go or which was coming to your floor. Pool/Poolside: The pool is pretty big and clean. Only one lifeguard on duty though and that felt like it could have been a problem if anything had gone wrong as there was no 360 degree supervision. The pool bar was usually very busy, but they had at least 3 staff on during peak time so the queue is serviced reasonably quickly. The hot fast-food served there was also quite decent. Sunbeds are limited, people were reserving them and them going for breakfast and the hotel didn’t seem to be enforcing their own rule of “no reservations”… Entertainment: The entertainment was pretty decent. Some good singers and acts on. Not all of it was to our taste but that’s a personal preference. Because of the location (about a 10 minute walk from the main *****), you can quite easily find somewhere else more to your style. St
