Lovely big room very spacious and clean- pool side and restaurant very busy and could be quite chaotic on times. Enjoyed our stay but would probably pick something a bit quieter next time

Great stay. Fairly central to town and beach. Facilities where good although pool was closed and room looked out onto a noisy building site to the rear. Close to local pupluc transport and plenty of parking.

The hotel was great .. i was all inclusive .. in a double room ..
the food was really nice .. good selection for breakfast lunch and dinner .. could be a bit more fruit ..
entertainment wasnt as good as last time but it is understandable as not so many guests
The staff were brilliant , very helpful and friendly , the entertainment team were excellent !
The room was very spacious , clean and warm , kettle supplied with selection of tea and coffee , uk tv and nice balcony .
The price was good for 2 people but i was on my own and did not get a discount .. it would have been brilliant if there was a single person discount

Although Spain has new regulations regarding Aircon systems being on, the law says that tourist rooms are regarded as private and as such air con units are allowed to operate at normal temps. We were on the 20 floor and the heat in the rooms was so unbearable at night but apparently the whole hotel had to stick to Aircon not dropping below 27 Deg Celsius.

Loved hotel all ways smelt nice ,room was lovely we just left there on Sunday ,shows at night was good down stairs , Food was not bad meats were tough or fatty .brilliant selection salads and cheese etc was brilliant ,staff in dining room could be friendlier entertainment crew brilliant Staff at bar wasn’t friendly at times as I have trouble getting speech out they were not patient over all brilliant hotel clean want to get back ,good walk down to see front .but good taxi’s out side Reception desk staff so friendly and helpful

Just returned from a week at this hotel. The hotel in general is fine. The rooms are decent and a good size. The lifts can be a issue but we was on a lower floor so used the stairs a lot. The gym is not as advertised its tiny with a few weights and pull down machine plus a sit down cycle,cross trainer and no air con. Indoor pool small but decent. Food was a good selection of meats fish and stews,rices,potatoes and salad and the obvious chips pizza burgers etc.... We used the lobby bar the most which was ok. The lager is not the best but the irish cream was nice. The bad points of the hotel they have no co trol of and thats its clients It was groups of middle aged over eaters and drunks. Loud and disrespectful to others around them. Im by no means perfect but found myself feeling better than this hotel. Which is a shame because the location and staff are brilliant. Ive been to benidorm many times and stayed in a few hotels over the years. Unfortunately i don't see us returning to this one

I would just like to write a review to say a thank you from the bottom of my heart to the team at the Flamingo Oasis. My Mum and Dad arrived about 2 1/2 weeks ago, for a 4 night break with family and unfortunately my mum fell ill and ended up in the hospital behind the hotel. This has been a really tough time for my Dad and family but it has been made a bit easier with how kind and helpful everyone at the hotel has been. Me and my brother arrived Sunday for 3 night to see our parents and the hotel also extended there hospitality to us, the food and drink has been top notch and with the premium package the views from the roof top bar were amazing. The room was also very modern and clean. Cheers Laurence.

Stayed here all inclusive with our two teenage daughters, one of which has food allergies. Very clean hotel & VERY professional & courteous, helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I didn’t have one complaint !! The chef cooked my daughter separate & fresh meals each day because of her allergies & the waiters & chef were FANTASTIC. I really can’t thank you enough. What a superb team you have at your hotel making guests your total priority. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I don’t hear one complaint before. Well done & keep doing what you are doing…. We’ll definitely return !

We enjoyed a lovely week here, as a party of 10 people, adults and children, rooms were good and spacious and kept clean by lovely staff. There was always a good choice of food in restaurant with cooking stations also doing omelette, pool area nice, entertainment good something on every night even for the children. Hotel is not on the main ***** but set back but only 5 - 10 minute walk down to beach which was fine. Would return for a cheeky week in Benidorm
