Excellent apartments very good value for money reception staff so very friendly and helpful.pool lovely and clean bar offering good food and drinks very reasonably priced will definitely be back . location is very good for old town and new town is 10 minutes away so little til call in Go Bananas on the way will be back 😄☀️😍🥃🍺🍷🍸

Amazing location, rooms a very decent size! Plenty of sun beds available , and the staff are all amazing. We will definitely use this apartment again for our trips to Benidorm in the future! If you're looking for a great spot, and location for all of Benidorm, at a very reasonable price then this is the place to visit.

10 of us in 3 apartments. The staff were lovely. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Bar prices and snacks were very reasonable. The pool scene was great , even though it was August it was not overcrowded, beds always available. Could do with a few more umbrellas. Location was good , 120 down slight hill to lots of restaurants and bars. Would definitely return. Could do with a full length mirror in bedroom.

We've just come back after a 10 night stay at la era park ! Now from reading the previous reviews I was worried and hesitant about staying here especially with my 7 year old and 2 year old i expected the worst. But it completely exceeded my expectations, pool and pool area was lovely, clean the kids loved it the splash pool area in the back was lovely and quiet. Bar staff were so helpful kind and attentive the food was tasty ! Cocktails and beers were fab 👌 rooms were decent basic but clean enough room for a family of 4. For a 2 star hotel it really didn't seem it! Receptionists were lovely and helpful also I'd come back again absolutely 💯 different mixed groups of family's some girls and lads but nothing rowdy

There were five of us, age range 28 - 56 on a hen do four night stay, had two rooms. Reception lady Angela was very welcoming and arranged for us to be on the same floor which was helpful. Rooms are basic but very clean with everything you need, but could have done with a full length mirror or at least one other mirror (only one in the bathroom) and a hairdryer would have been welcome. Comfy beds, aircon effective as long as you keep your doors closed! Shower very good, but has a dreaded curtain instead of screen. Lots of families at this time of year, so not too much noise in the pool area and appeared to be very few Stag/Hens. Night time was generally quiet so didn't disturb our sleep. Bar staff, especially Leanne, were extremely friendly and the drinks were of a good quality and price. Location is excellent for everything, especially the lovely beaches and the Old Town. Overall, had a very nice enjoyable stay.

Probably one of the most uncomfortable hotels ive ever stayed in. Although i was with a group of friends the atmosphere in the hotel was very poor and a lot of lads sat taking ***** around the pool area trying to outdo each other. The pool itself had a smell of sewage and doesn't look clean compared to others around it. The bar area is ok, but i found the 2 staff behind it very rude , especially the woman who looked like it was the last place on earth she wanted to be. An unadvertised $100 deposit was required per room which i can understand but be aware this needs paying on arrival. The noise on a night is unbearable, even though we didn't get in late for a couple of nights there is constant banging and screaming until 6am. We stayed in 901 and the toilet didn't work throughout out stay and despite reporting it daily still did not get fixed meaning we had to flush the toilet using a bucket. Its in a decent location just a 10 minute walk to the front and does edible toasties. This hotel wasn't cheap hence my review being harsh given i was away with mates - much better places to stay - DO NOT STAY HERE IF HAVE YOUNG KIDS.

Hotel appartments are clean and spacious some having been refurbished, restaurant area nice and food good, BUT the only thing that let's this place down is it is constantly full of loud groups of stag and hens who have no consideration for the other guests, monopolising the pool making it uncomfortable for you to even think of having a dip, deffo won't be booking here again.

2nd visit to these apartments last one was 6 years ago and not much has changed. Bathrooms have been updated but all furniture and decor same. Apartments are basic but have everything you need. The hotel caters mainly for stag and hen party’s. Rooms get cleaned every 2 days and fresh towels. The only downside for me was the sun beds were dirty and never got cleaned. The staff are all pleasant and polite, the gentleman that worked at the bar worked tirelessly and always had a smile on his face.
