3rd time staying Almafra, each time it has been fabulous but this year the entertainment has excelled. The new outdoor stage and bar area is brilliant, Carl the entertainments guy was amazing, enthusiastic, catered for all. The rest of the team were great but Carl had two days off and we all commented how much we missed him! We made an effort to go to the outdoor area most evenings after visiting surrounding areas. Best yet! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hope things remain the same for our trip again next year!

3rd year in row we’ve visited for our summer holiday. The new pool, bar and stage arrangements are fab with some great nighttime entertainment on; so much better than previous years. Carl the entertainment manager is the best addition, high energy, funny, makes a real effort and works tirelessly. Brilliant just brilliant

We have been to Camping Almafra many times, but this year was definitely the best. The changes made to the entertainment were definitely needed, a brilliant improvement. All staff were fab, but Carlitos made our holiday! He was amazing!!!

Camping con buenas instalaciones para los niños. Muy limpio. La animación esta bien, sobretodo Juan Carlos que tiene un trato inmejorable con los niños. Los camareros geniales, sobretodo Miguel siempre con una sonrisa en la boca y muy atento. El campus externo es una opción genial para que los niños estén entretenidos! Muy recomendable. Si hubiera de decir algo negativo seria que en el suelo de la parcela es imposible d poder poner las piquetas

Nous sommes en tente, sans ombre. Terrain très dur ( prévoir des bonnes sardines et un gros marteau).Accueil minimaliste. Personnel souriant mais aucune information ni sur les horaires ni sur l'utilisation du wifi ou de la salle de sport payants par ailleurs sauf au bar si on consomme. Nous venons d'apprendre que les cordes à linge sont interdites et qu'on ne peut faire sécher nos serviettes de plage que sur des chaises ou bien un étendoir que nous devons acheter bien sûr... Bref un camping pour les camping cars ou mobile home. Sanitaires très propres et entretenus. Savon et papier toilette. Laverie et belle zone vaisselle, lessive. Animation piscine pour les jeunes le matin. Pataugeoire pour les petits... Bar resto à prix correct et copieux. Ambiance détente et familiale mais pas d'esprit "camping" et peu de compréhension de la part du personnel.

Nada que ver con las fotos de la página web.piscina sin toboganes .mucho ruido por la noche .normas y más normas y más normas todo está prohibido y no te pasan ni una a los extranjeros no les dicen ni pío .imposible conseguir una tumbona en la piscina todas reservadas.si quieres sentarte lleva tú silla de cinco estrellas ya digo que ni por asomo estado en camping que no van de resort ni de super camping y mil veces mejor la tienda para comprar es de risa asta mi hija tiene más cosas en la cocinita de juguete.y todo el dia vigilandote los trabajadores del camping a ver que haces una pena no lo recomiendo .buscar otra opcion .llevo mas de 30 años visitando camping y este se lleva la palma .una estafa en resumidas palabras

CAMPING QUE NO VOLVERÉ NI RECOMIENDO. Decepción absoluta!! Ni por asomo es un camping de 5 estrellas!! Nos sentimos totalmente estafados por las fotos y descripciones de su web. NO HAY TOBOGANES. Cogimos este camping expresamente porque tenía 3 toboganes. Chiquititos, pero perfecto para nuestros peques. Cuando llegamos no existen... Se ve que los quitaron por alguna normativa que NO cumplían... De donde no los han quitado son de las múltiples fotos de anuncios y web...UN TIMO!!! HORMIGAS POR TODO EL BUNGALOW. Hemos tenido que reiteradamente quejarnos de que teníamos hormigas por todo!! Almohadas, sábanas, muebles de la cocina, sofá...un horror!!! Solución? Un bote antimosquitos...perdona???ABSURDO PISCINA=CIUDAD SIN LEY. El socorrista es intermitente..hay días que está y otros que no está. Por lo tanto, los extranjeros pueden hacer partidos de waterpolo, estar con hinchables, tapar los chorros. NADIE LES DICE NADA!! vas tú un día con el rosco y vamos..... Qué está prohibidisimo. CERO ANIMACIÓN EN JULIO!! Llegar en pleno julio y, además de obra en la piscina (super lógico), lunes y martes no hay animación de ningún tipo........ CAMPAMENTO DE FUERA VIENE A LA PISCINA. Esto ya alucinante...entran niños de fuera, de un campamento externo a bañarse, gritar y salpicar a los que hemos pagayoor nuestras vacaciones. Si no están en la piscina, se van a las parcelas vacías a hacer juegos...si te toca frente a la tuya, te aguantas!!!! INCREÍBLE PERO CIERTO. PRIORIDAD SI NO ERES ESPAÑOL. Y por supuesto preferencia las absurdeces de extranjeros (normalmente británicos) todo primero en inglés, banderines ingleses, comida típica de ellos... DECEPCIÓN ABSOLUTA, CON TODA LA OFERTA QUE TIENE ALICANTE, ES PARA NO IR.

Animación niños cero. Toboganes fuera de servicio. Piscina compartida con un campamento de niños externos al cámping, unos 80 o 100.Socorrista a ratos. Preocupado solo de que los bañistas consuman en el bar- restaurante. Lo peor. Bungalow lleno de hormigas.

Luxury bungalow was a standard cabin. TV was intermittent with channels, AC was nice and the mattress in double room was nice. Bed base was cheap metal frame not attached to the floor. Room around the bed was minimal so you had to climb on bed from bottom of bed, hence why it should have been fixed to the floor. That's the good bits! ANTS, ANTS, ANTS! I know we are in Spain, we live here, and expected 1 or two. Sink crawling with ants, ants in the shower room and in the lounge. Not exaggerating but probably at least 3 to 400 ants in total in the Cabin. We bought our own ant powder as needed them gone. Only on last day of 4 days, noticed they were gone (dead). Pool area had building work so no slide for kids on a park or in to the pool. We were not told about this even though we had booked since late February. NO correspondence at all. I have sent 2 emails regarding my complaint and heard nothing. That is why I have resorted to a bad review. Kids entertainment was non existent and the family entertainment manager, must be doing it for free, because he wouldn't get paid from me. We got recommended this camp site. We will not recommend it as it should not be a 4 star campsite. Very very poor customer service except 2 maybe 3 members of staff both on reception and bar.
