La persona se Recepcion la Srta Claudia un amor, siempre atenta para ayudar, nos hizo incluso la reserva para el espectáculo cena en el Benidorm palace , excelente. La habitación impecable con unas vistas increíbles dormir con los sonidos del mar es un sueño cumplido . El desayuno y la comida también muy recomendables

No nos hospedamos en el hotel, pero si estuvimos en su terraza tomando algo y picando y el lugar es precioso, está en una ubicación ideal, por dentro lo poco que vi es una pasada, las vistas que tiene y la atención que tuvimos por parte del camarero que se llama Rubén en la terraza fue de 10👌🏼, atento en todo momento con una sonrisa siempre, un trato súper agradable y educado y pendiente de todo y de todos los que estábamos pese a estar él solo para todo. Muchas gracias Rubén por hacernos sentir tan bien y tan agradable ese rato que pasamos en esa preciosa terraza. Ojalá fueran todos los camareros como tú. 🧡

Buena experiencia. Celebramos aniversario con mi pareja y llame antes y coordinamos todo para dar una sorpresa a mi chica, La verdad desde la primera llamada en Recepción me atendieron de lujo y me poyaron en todo el `proceso, La estancia muy placentera, la bienvenida con Claudia muy atenta. Excellent hotel. The views were breathtaking. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this establishment if you are ever in Benidorm. I will definitely visit again.
