Excellent hotel, a lot of variety in the buffet, it is located to go to various points in the city, the staff's attention is excellent, we buy excursions at the hotel which is more practical, they help you with what you need, we will surely return, 100% recommended, The facilities are very good and at night the show was great, from my point of view a luxury hotel in all aspects

Amazing hotel , well located in Benidorm 10 minutes stroll to the beach , 5 minutes to the bars , yet a couple of roads back means it’s peaceful & you can get a good nights sleep ! , great staff , we were able to check in straight away on our arrival - this always makes a huge difference! Lovely clean room with balcony , great pool (If a little chilly!). The dining experience was great , lovely & clean - great offering & well labelled for allergens - we were able to get a drinks package in the dining room at E5 each for out whole stay ! Tui reps in the hotel were amazing & we were able to easily book our trips ! Great little hotel shop ! A lovely holiday - we will be back xx

Stayed with my daughter had a great stay, rooms excellent clean and comfortable. All areas of the hotel were tidy and maintained well. Very friendly staff. Always something nice to eat at breakfast and dinner. Will book again thanks Rio park. Room 717

Here currently ,rooms clean and newley refurbished breakfast good buffet evening is standard with a good choice. Staff polite and helpful. The one thing I think is awful is that smoking is allowed around the pool areas around children. When relaxing the last thing you want is someone puffing at the side of you and stumping their cigarette out on the floor. That I think is disrespectful and disgusting. Designated areas should be put in place. Sunbeds all seem to have towels on and no one there in the morning which is unfair. One life guard is extremely good no putting up with it and will move towels of no one there after an hour. The other one did nothing. Central hotel would stay again if smoking around pool would be addressed .

Viaje en familia con dos peques. Hotel muy completo y cómodo, instalaciones en buen estado y buen trato y ambiente. Quizá la animación para los niños se quedaba un poco sosa, pero tenían para entretenerse todo el día. Poder comer en la zona de piscina sin tener que salir del hotel esta muy bien, siendo comida sencilla, pero a muy buen precio.

El hotel ha superado mis expectativas, ambiente agradable, zonas comunes amplias, en especial el espacio de las piscinas al tener dos . La animación es variada , cerca zona de fiesta inglesa.Desayuno buffet con gran variedad de comida. Sin duda repetiría.

Hi can I ask for assistance please. I stayed her 20+ years ago loved it jasus was manager. We are returning in Dec life has moved on we now need an adapted room. Can I ask my fellow travellers what room they recommend. It be lovely to get the sun when I can . We also require to book two mobility scooters do you require blue badge to book one May we book them at reception ? Thanks in advance
