Excellent hotel, a lot of variety in the buffet, it is located to go to various points in the city, the staff's attention is excellent, we buy excursions at the hotel which is more practical, they help you with what you need, we will surely return, 100% recommended, The facilities are very good and at night the show was great, from my point of view a luxury hotel in all aspects

Just back from three days at The Rio Park ,Benidorm. Room was lovely.Food and drink excellent.Staff very helpful,spacious pool area,all in all a very pleasant stay in quietish location , but very close to all of the facilities Benidorm has to offer

Been to Rio Park a few times but this visit not as good as our previous visits , the standard off cleanliness has deteriorated badly our room under the beds where full off dust and our bedding wasn’t changed while we where there it was a short break but thought they would off still be changed . In the stairs there was 2 tissues they where there the whole visit .food was hit and miss everything was lukewarm we choose to eat out most of the trip we where sick off seeing old people pinching the food wrapping it up in napkins made me feel sick watching them . The entertainment we didn’t really bother with but what we saw was ok . The staff I couldn’t fault they where friendly and always seemed busy Pool was too cold to go in but we saw a lot complaining that the bet around the pool was being put in early. The biggest main we had was that groups off hen and birthday groups being let in we saw a few partying on the balconies drinking and playing music load not what you want with children . It really has gone downhill .

Great hotel, lovely and very friendly staff we came as a family and they were very helpful and chatty to everyone. Rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels are put in the room everyday. Food is also great. Pool area is very clean and tidy and well looked after.

Came back from here today after a week and what a fantastic place when we got there we was greeted by a couple of very pleasant and friendly faces on reception and we had a bottle of wine for when we checked in we was half board the breakfast was brilliant all the staff was brilliant everyone from bar staff to the cleaners highy recommended this place to stay when we checked out today had a brown bag in it with some stuff to eat and drink on our journey home

Hotel very clean. Food mediocre and Luke warm, could be warmed up in microwave but I don't expect to pay for a 4 star hotel and warm my own food up ! Apart from breakfast, no drinks were free, even water had to be bought for lunch and evening meal. Tea , coffee, sugar and milk in the room had to be bought daily ! Towels not changed daily. Not what I would class as a 4 star hotel. Received the aforementioned services in 2 and 3 star hotels.
