Helios Benidorm

This was our 5th stay here in under 2 years, I just love the hotel, the staff and the location is faultless. The hotel is very clean, with a great pool, snack bar and spa. The staff cannot do enough for you and are super friendly. Love the guy who books us in to the restaurant for breakfast, so professional and its as if he remembers everyone. Street appeal is great, the place looks fab from the outside and the internal reception area is always gleaming. Location is superb, just 5 mins walk from the beach, the nightlife, the shops and the weekly market. This said, and considering how close to the nightlife it is, you never hear any noise, you can sit on the balcony at night and it is still lovely. One thing I love about this place is, there are no rowdy groups, stags or hen parties. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the cleaners are thorough. I really cannot fault this hotel and would not stay anywhere else, I'm even returning in December 2024 and staying for Christmas, and I cannot wait!!

This was our first visit and it exceeded our expectations especially the excellent standard, choice and presentation of the buffet food for both dinner and breakfast. Check in was efficient and all of the communal areas are spotless. The pool area was a nice surprise much nicer than it looked on the photos and the cute spa area was an extra bonus. Great location close to everything and it was nice to sit on the good size terrace and people watch and enjoy the Benidorm vibe. Only one small issue and that was the bathrooms are very small with the toilet behind the door and the shower height so low that my husband could barley get under it. We will be back for sure!

A genuine 4* hotel , Reception staff are always very welcoming. On arrival they had received our request for a lower floor and this was accommodated. A kettle was also available for making tea during the day from reception. Pool / bewch Towels are available from reception and can be changed as required, just a deposit of €20 ( saves space in your case) ☘️. Our room was a little smaller than expected. However, this was not an issue. Room Fridge , air-conditioning, power shower. And it's spotlessly clean. We were on the second floor, and the team would be in every morning to tidy and clean ( this would be done when we were down having breakfast). The bed was changed twice in the week. We stayed half board ( not sure if they offer full board) as the restaurant was closed at lunchtime). Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and lots of options. Dinner was hit, and miss and deserts were just OK If we are going again, we would do BB. The swimming pool was lovely and the area around the pool are kept spotless. There are plenty of beds. The male staff in the pool bar / life guard could be a little more pleasant, as every other area, the staff couldn't do enough for you. Entertainment is nightly , we didn't go as we would head into the old town. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Note they have full wheel chair access in all areas, and all signs are in braille. Charging points outside for mobility scooters.

This hotel is superb and by far the best hotel we have stayed in when in Benidorm. Staff - all very friendly and helpful. Can’t fault them at all. Bar staff had a good laugh with us and the reception staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Rooms - modern spacious and cleaned daily with towel change. The pool view rooms are great. We were on the 9th floor in a superior double which was great. Food - buffet breakfast was great. Fresh fruit, fresh cooked eggs and a full English were on offer every day. The buffet evening meal had a huge selection of really nice dishes to cover all tastes. All in all a fabulous hotel and we will definitely be returning.

Wow great hotel and a fraction of the price of others nearby. Lovely modern hotel and the most pleasant staff at the pool bar! Great service in a great location. We booked with 4 other couples but did book on later. They seemed to get a few more perks than we got such as a coffee machine and complimentary beers in the room but it’s not a big deal. We are staying on the 9th floor view of the bars across the road. Quiet despite the bars across the road. Really pleased with the hotel and the value

The Helios Benidorm was perfect from start 2 weeks of amazing food great rooms and a bath but Above all that the staff are the kindest and friendly nothing was too much, such a relaxing vibe will be booking for next September and the spa is lovely and a big thank you to Mercedes this lady goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome 🤗

Really enjoyed my stay here very friendly staff super clean always clean and the food buffet was absolutely amazing top marks can't wait for come back can't wait to book for next year see you soon benidorm cannot come quick enough for me and my partner

Stayed at the Presidente and the Gold Acros, First time at The Helios, had room only so cannot comment on the food, rooms and pool just as good as The Presidente and Gold IMO. Staff very friendly. Very clean and nice balconies. If I had one flaw it would be the gym, no free weights at all!? They need to invest in some dumbbells and kettlebells, three cardio machines and a multi gym which was out of order.. it was circa £800 cheaper for 4nts than Presidente and about £450 cheaper than The Gold, would come again.
