Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. During my stay the hotel was hosting a kids football tournament there was at least 800 kids or more. During my 8 night stay at this hotel my room door was chapped at all hours in morning not just once this was numerous occasions over my stay and at all hours in the morning we were up for 24 hours as we couldn’t sleep for noise of them and the constant chapping on our door and running away. when my partner went down to reception at 2am to speak to a member of staff the football coaches were seated and he approached them and asked if he could have a word with them to stop them banging on our door, to which they replied “it’s not our problem” security was then called up onto our floor but it didn’t stop them! my room door was also booted at all hours in the morning!! & my room door handle was tried. We complained 4 times about this!! This was not the holiday I had planned if we had known the hotel was hosting such a large football tournament we would never have booked it! They were seated everywhere you went, on the stairs outside room, at the bottom of lift, the stairs to the dinning area and even at reception some of them wouldn’t move so had to force your way past them. You couldn’t get near the pool as they took up the whole pool, the kids were diving/throwing each other in with no respect for others in the pool! As for breakfast that was a shambles couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as the kids were using the mugs for their water, it was totally understaffed the waiters/waitress’s couldn’t keep up with clearing the tables. There also wasn’t a kettle in the room (but stated that there was when booked) very rude & disrespectful kids!!

A lovely friendly hotel very clean good food and lovely pool area beds made every day just to manny kids tv here at times due to young persons football tournament but they were away most of the day also because of style of hotel every room faced the pool area which was really good and we are going back there in November

Bad service, no choice of food, gone of food, no ice cream, no fruit, dirty plates, loads of Spanish kids around, too messy and load no piece, bad time table for gym, would definitely not recommend this hotel to stay don't deserve four stars never would come back

**AVOID AT ALL COST IN JUNE ** The hotel is let out to over 700 children each weekend attending a football tournament that runs the whole of June. The children were unruly, rude and the only way I can describe the noise is deafening as if you are actually at a football match. They were running through the corridors at 01:30 banging on doors , to which we got security out ( there was only 1 security guard on) . Trying to get a lift to the 7th floor was near on impossible as the children were using them as toys. When we did manage to get a lift it broke down between floors and took over 1/2 hour for us to be let out. At no point after this did anyone check to see we were ok which I did expect they would as my daughter had a panic attack while we were in the lift. When I finally managed to get to see the manager he just said sorry this happened, he took no ownership of the children’s behaviour and as we we’re never informed that there would be this many school children before or after we booked his reply was that he didn’t need to inform travel agents of this even though a member of the reception team told us the children had been booked for over a year and the tournament takes place ever year for the whole of June. Last but not least there is building work taking place over the road and is no where near finished and again we were not informed of this . 😡😡😡 I wish I could upload videos so you could hear just how noisy they were
