Hotel Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm

Not a bad hotel, location was ok but quite a walk to the best bars and restaurants. Rooms were fine and the maid was lovely and did a great job. In terms of food we only had Breakfast and it was lovely, huge choice and probably the best breakfast I've had in any hotel. The pool bar does serve a small selection of food too (chips, burgers etc.) The biggest let down of the hotel is the entertainment which was very much catered for the Spanish guests so the English children couldn't really join in or understand what was happening. The evening entertainment was also primarily Spanish so we had to go out of the hotel every night to find entertainment elsewhere (Sinatras Premium and Tropical were our go to places for entertainment, they had some fantastic acts but it is about a 25-30 minute walk to them so we got a taxi most nights). You could usually get a sunbed but not in the best spot unless you're up very early as people do reserve them with their towels. I'd be unlikely to return simply because it was boring for my son not being able to join in with activities and entertainment, a great hotel for Spanish guests though.

Lovely hotel great location. Rooms could do with some updating but they are very clean. Enjoyed food but it would be nice to have some sugarfeee options especially dessert. Would definitely stay here again. Pool area great and plenty of sun beds

Just got back from a girlie weekend. Hotel is in a great location. Pool area is great, plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was really good, great selection of items. Rooms are small and quite dated and could do with being modernised. However it was clean and beds were quite comfortable. There is a free safe and a small fridge in the room.

Perfect location. Rooms are a bit tired but cleaned very day. Food is 50/50. Had to eat out a few nights as the choices weren’t the best. Biggest let down to the entertainment crew. Everything was in Spanish. Felt sorry for the British kids as they didn’t have a clue what was happening some days. If I ever go back to Benidorm it will be the Venus

Clean friendly and the food was excellent. Pool and pool area cleaned every morning and plenty sunbeds. Rooms were standard and cleaned every day but could use a wee update. Staff are fantastic.

Lovely hotel if you're Spanish!! Spanish entertainment daytime and evening. Spanish families leaving towels down for hours and not being moved, British families towels moved within half hour. 100% agree with the previous review of the Spanish getting special treatment. Would I recommend this hotel, no chance

This is our second visit to this hotel and will be going back next year, it’s in a great location and honestly the food is amazing and excellent choice of foods for all and just to let you know it’s proper crispy bacon . the rooms are lovely and well maintained and it’s the only hotel I’ve been to that you don’t pay extra for the safe or air conditioning. The receptionists are so polite and very helpful, the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly, during the day they’re is music and fun exercise helpful, the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly, during the day they’re is music and fun exercise in and around the pool also there is always some sort of night entertainment for everyone, love this hotel and really can’t fault it.

Great location and staff very easy going . The breakfast was the best meal of the day with everything that you would want . Good quality British style bacon & fried eggs if that’s your thing. Located in the heart of Benidorm but just out of the way enough to avoid the noisy bars which are a 2 minute walk . Would highly recommend ✈️☀️☀️
