Hotel Servigroup Nereo

This was my second visit here for the November fiestas . I do like the servigroup hotels and i couldn’t fault the Nereo . We had a great food selection and the staff and cleanliness of the hotel were 5 star . The corridors , rooms and reception area always smelt lovely and fresh and you needed your room card to access the communal toilets and pool area . There is a free fridge and safe and a kettle in the room would have been a bonus but I knew it wasn’t provided so I took my own kettle . My only complaint would be we were in room 305 overlooking the pool which was lovely, but we were near the corner of the crossroads so could hear traffic ,sirens and people coming back at all hours and even with the doors closed , because I am a light sleeper I never got a full nights rest . Also walls are very thin and you can hear next doors conversation at all hours of the morning . But it was the fiesta and I was expecting it to be noisy . Nice stay again at the Nereo thank you to all the hard working staff .

Great place clean tidy food great pool great beds comfy no tea or coffee making facilities in room staff friendly right near the ***** but quiet kids loved it weather wasn’t great on a couple days but we had tv in room and the bar downstairs but expensive

Currently staying at the Nereo in Benidorm, for the second time. We cam last November and returned again this year. The hotel is ideally located for everything you could need or want, right next to the indoor market. The decor is a tiny bit dated but don't let this fool you. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has great friendly staff. We have found the food to be excellent, always something and only the pickiest people would complain. The rooms are large and have everything you could need with plenty of storage, unlike some hotels these days who seem to favour this minimalist look. There is a free fridge and safe in the room which is handy and saves some cash. There has been entertainment each night in the bar, but we haven't been that bothered going in but they sound great. This seems to be a hotel for mainly Brits at this time of year and doesn't seem to have many families which is why we like it. Overall I would recommend this hotel highly for older couples or people who don't want to much rowdiness. A great place to stay in Benidorm

Hotel itself was kept clean albeit a little tired in places. We had requested a family room, sadly it was a normal sized room with an extra bed crammed in. This left no room whatsoever. Food in restaurant for breakfast and lunch was very good, nice selecrion and very tasty. Major downside is the room walls are very thin and noise carries easily.... We had to listen to a women getting given a good time by a couple of mails for most of our last night. Not a great end to a short break
