The apartments are very good, regular cleaning.
Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea.
You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation.
If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good.
The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.

Just stayed here from Tuesday the 18th to Friday 21st June 2024. Paid €200 in cash deposit and got it back no bother when checking out, only took 5 minutes. Nice enough apartments can’t fault it, pool looks small on photos but you are allowed to use the sister hotel down the roads facilities. Only thing is you need to check in at the sister hotel just 2 minute walk down the road.

Great apartment payed extra for panoramic views it was worth it staff were a bit argumentative at the main desk demanding 30euro to check in early I didn't pay 5pm check in ridiculous if you got a early flight then a 200euro bond apart from that great bed good kitchen every thing you need. No good if you're struggling with mobility up a big hill double mobility scooters can't get up it

The room was nice and modern The only thing I dint like was that we had to buy cleaning stuff as the housekeepers don't come to this building at all we were self catering but ive always done self catering and this was the first for me to not have cleaners come to the room ...ect When I went to get my deposit they said I need this paper what I had sign but when I was giving the paper no one explained to me that this paper was to get my deposit back or I would of guarded it with my life! Overall its ok 5 mins walk to beach and shuttle bus too which was nice. The hill ha the hill better going up it while drunk but the hill is pretty steep I wouldn't go to this place again or recommend it was more of eye opener than a good hoilday.

Had to pay 200 euros as a deposit on arrival , I stayed here for 3 nights , I’m a 63 year old guy travelling solo and I kept the place immaculate, I was told the deposit would be paid back into my account within ten days however it hasn’t and after reading more reviews on trip advisor there are more people this has happened to, I’m in touch with Jet 2 at the moment as they are investigating this , I can’t write anymore until the outcome , also trust pilot are awaiting result as well , just be aware , il shall contribute more once this has been resolved

rude and not very friendly staff everything you ask them seem to be too much bother. air conditioning is locked in the room so you cant use it (felt like we were in a prison at times never sweat so much in my life! ) my friend was threatened by the security guard after simply standing waiting for the lift after a guest mistakenly said he had been causing trouble at there room (there are cameras to prove it wasn’t him but not checked before he was threatened) leaving him shaken up. was told in an email that building works on the hotel opposite would only be mon -friday only to be woken up saturday morning at 8am by the site in full swing with diggers and cranes at work! was told there was a shower room at check in to find out on last day its just a shower at the indoor pool with no privacy. all in all the worse place i have stayed in benidorm book somewhere else!

easy check-in by friendly staff at hotel adjacent to the apartments and requested overnight parking. Lift took us direct from secure underground parking to front door of our well appointed apartment on the 16th floor. Nice powerful & hot shower. Comfy beds & balcony with table & chairs taking in a lovely view over Benidorm, the mountains & the sea. Breakfast with plenty of choice was served in the hotel only a couple of mins walk away. Plenty of bars, food establishments and grocery stores a short walk away. There is some construction work taking place fairly near the hotel/apartments however that didn't bother us as arrived on the Sunday for a one night stay. Benidorm Palace is a relatively short walk away however bear in mind that returning is uphill. Have booked again in April for a three night stay. On checking out, the very accommodating receptionist added a note to our reservation requesting same apartment.
