Hotel Queens - Adults Only

Good location for food and drink, no parking however and the multi-storey car park is €24 per day which is roughly a 8 min walk. Room was basic and there was a really bad smell in the room which I assume was coming from the bathroom drains. The breakfast was really good.and the roof top bar is a nice touch It’s just a pity about the smell in the room it spoilt our stay

Dreadful customer service! Now,dont get me wrong, alot of this is MY fault!. Basically i booked a room here for what i thought was the 17th sept to 22nd sept. But.....as i was looking at holidays for next year elsewhere, the calendar was 2025 on my screen!doh! So...long story short! Arrived at hotel, monday 17th, they couldnt find my booking (obviously) and continued to book me in under a different Dave! Even though i told them its wrong AND i was solo not a couple! Got to room, sticky floor,small! Unpacked and got to bed (3am) After 5 mins there was a knock at door asking me to leave room as other Dave has shown up with his wife! So.... turned out id booked for 2025!🤦‍♂️ Had to leave and walk benni street at 4am with my case, reception did try and find me flat to be fair which was decent. So ive messaged them 3 times now to ask if i can have a refund,but as it was non refundable obviously as i was attending,they have said NO! I think 12 months notice is fair don't you? This place is always full!! Honest mistake which has cost me money, Lesson learned! But won't refund??? Bit harsh i reckon.

In the heart of the old town benidorm, can’t fault the staff , very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Breakfast included which was good , Room was adequate and cleaned every day , close to lavante beach and lots of tapas bars and good reseraunts, enjoyed every day , will definitely be back

We've just spent two weeks in the Queens hotel, the rooms are good with excellent air con and are really clean and a good size. The hotel staff are brilliant always friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is nice and plenty of choice. The rooftop bar is great and drinks are good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The staff our excellent at this hotel , always helpful and gave us extra bits if we asked for it at Breakfast. The roof top bar is lovely. Not so positive note- the rooms were very basic, not very clean. The rooms are small !!!! You could hear everything from other rooms as the walls are thin. The air-con system was very dirty and some parts of the room had mould. The shower was tiny ! They have a Tv but only 2 channels in English ! They had tea making facilities but did not have milk in the room ( although if asked they would give us milk) the tea was not replaced daily so we couldn’t have a cuppa in the morning ! Extremely noisy ! The surrounding area is very loud with music this goes onto 3am sometimes longer. Don’t come here if you want to sleep !

This was a last minute booking so we didn't really check our hotel (our mistake!). Our balcony was right above the bar area which can get super noisy at all times. The evenings were insanely loud up until around 3am with people screaming and shouting (if you are sober this is the worst). The hotel itself wasn't the nicest and although the cleaners came into our room every day they didn't change the bedding or sweep the floor which gets super sandy due to having to spend time at the beach everyday as they don't have a pool. The hotel room was super small for two people and not as spacious or like the photos to be honest. The room also didn't have a fridge which isn't ideal as it gets super hot. They do have aircon but it made us both poorly. The bathroom had mould and so did behind the bed. We checked in at 2pm (not aloud earlier) and checkout was 12pm. We had a late flight so you can leave your suitcases in a "luggage room" (a messy storage cupboard) however they don't have any communal showers or anything to freshen up except a disabled toilet (with no showers or aircon and was super hot) We went for breakfast as it was included with our stay and it was super basic, you chose from a few things on a menu and can order tea, coffee or orange juice. Its located next to 2 beaches and right next to tapas valley which was good and about a half an hour walk away from the main ***** in the new town. There is plenty of bars/restaurants and shops nearby which is handy however i think you can definitely get better hotels.

Stayed in March for a short business trip. I chose the hotel due to its central location and didn't mind the noise from outside, it was expected and not too bad in low season. The roof top bar was great. However, my room was absolutely awful. It was tiny, didn't have a balcony only a narrow slit of a window and it smelt badly of drains. The worst thing was, if I was on the bed, next door could easily see directly into my room and look at me in bed if they were on their balcony. As a single female traveller, this is just not acceptable. Both days I stayed, I asked if there was another room available and there wasn't, despite it being low season. I would never stay again as my room was priced the same as a room with a balcony and it's pot luck which type of room you'll get. Also, there is no sound insulation between the rooms, none whatsoever, and I could hear everything that was going on next door. Combined with them being able to look into my room, I felt very uncomfortable during my stay.
