Made a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process. The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling. Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!

Arrived at the hotel to find it was closed, a local told us that we need to go to the sister hotel down the road to book in. There is no information telling us to go there, infact throughout the week we spent time explaining the process to other confused traveller's. The reception at the other hotel was unmanned and a note saying ring this number was displayed. When I rang the number the phone in front of me rang in the reception, nobody was present to book us in. We went with our bags to the beach for 4 hours until 16.00. The check-in was lengthy although I did this on line prior to my visit. The guests were numerous, all making the same complaint to the girl on the reception. There was a 50 euro deposit taken from my bank card, this was finally reimbursed 2 weeks after we left, I had to email the hotel 12 times to get it back. The rooms patio door lock, free internet access and hair dryer didn't work all week. There were no additional blankets supplied initially. The whole experience was stressful and unnecessary. I am sure similar complaints will follow this one. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Dreadful customer service! Now,dont get me wrong, alot of this is MY fault!. Basically i booked a room here for what i thought was the 17th sept to 22nd sept. But.....as i was looking at holidays for next year elsewhere, the calendar was 2025 on my screen!doh! So...long story short! Arrived at hotel, monday 17th, they couldnt find my booking (obviously) and continued to book me in under a different Dave! Even though i told them its wrong AND i was solo not a couple! Got to room, sticky floor,small! Unpacked and got to bed (3am) After 5 mins there was a knock at door asking me to leave room as other Dave has shown up with his wife! So.... turned out id booked for 2025!🤦‍♂️ Had to leave and walk benni street at 4am with my case, reception did try and find me flat to be fair which was decent. So ive messaged them 3 times now to ask if i can have a refund,but as it was non refundable obviously as i was attending,they have said NO! I think 12 months notice is fair don't you? This place is always full!! Honest mistake which has cost me money, Lesson learned! But won't refund??? Bit harsh i reckon.

Hotel is brilliant first and foremost. Having read a few negative comments I wasn’t expecting much. Please ignore these & come for yourself. Hotel is ridiculously cheap and having stayed at many hotels in Benidorm this is right up there. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, you get free air con and free WiFi(both are very good). The staff are amazing, there was 3 main staff, a lady, a younger woman roughly 20ish years of age and a male. They were all superb and went above and beyond for everything, they deserve their own review. The breakfast is €6 a day and has absolutely everything you can want. The location is fantastic and is a 5 min walk from everything (the beach, the old town and loads of shops). If you are looking at a very cheap hotel in a great location this is the one for you. Overall great stay 5/5 stars, and a big thank you to the staff for making this a very pleasurable experience.

We came to this hotel for a hen party trip in Benidorm, decent hotel for hen do but wouldn’t stay for any longer than 3 nights! Hotel has no air con and it gets really hot in the rooms 🥵 Pool area is ok, not many sun beds and some of them are broken, pool is very deep at both ends so not suitable for children but there is a little kids pool as well. Bar and cafe in hotel lobby is great, soo cheap and food is decent for a quick snack. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very dated, hotel asks for 50 euros per person as a safety deposit and there was 4 of us in the room, so 200 euros!! They could probably replace the whole room for 200 based on how dated it was. Definitely could do with a refresh as it feels like you have gone back in time. Sofa beds rock hard but obviously you’re not bothered after a drink on a hen do. Great place cheap and cheerful for a hen do, however it’s the no air con that puts me off returning as it was very uncomfortable.
