bad service and very bad condition of the room not door in the shower not clea bed sheets and towels and smells a bleach the parking is ok no food or drink services

The location is very good, it is very close to the airport, however taxis charge 400 for the short trip. I didn't like the hotel, it is an adapted office space, there was no hot water and no place to put the soap. We found cockroaches :(. The bed was clean and the air worked well. I think it is important to explain a little more about what the hotel offers and how it works. Unfortunately I would not stay there again.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto es un asco de hotel suben fotos en la aplicación completamente diferente a lo que te entregan, el lugar parece unas bodegas abandonadas esta sin seguridad, el servicio horrible, cuando le pedí a la persona que me entregará el cuarto que aparecen en las fotos de internet me dijo que ellos no eran responsables por lo que salía publicado. Les dejo algunas fotos que tome pero de verdad no debería estar ni como opción de hotel porque de verdad que no lo es.

Run away as fast as you can from this pit hole. Our flight was delayed and we arrived half hour late and when we arrived at the premises the security person didn't have the keys for our room, even though we had already paid for the room. End of the story, we have to look for another hotel to spend our first night in CUN at midnight. We had alredy seen the terrible reviews when we made the booking but we just needed a place to rest before going to Playa del Carmen. Bad move. Bad move. Never...never make a booking on this hotel. They are not reliable and from what we saw from outside they are not a clean place either.

One of my travel mates booked this hotel in a rush and without reading the reviews first. When we tried to get a taxi from the airport to this property, the taxi drivers had no idea what hotel we were talking about. This hotel is not AT ALL like what is represented online. The photos they use are either old or stolen from another hotel. It is hidden in a parking lot behind a mini-strip mall on the side of a busy, dirty highway. You "check in" at a small, dirty office located in the same parking lot. This office represents both the hotel and a taxi service (assuming same owners). As we approached the "office" we were yelled at by the man behind the desk. He said, "stop! stop! You can't come in here without a reservation." My travel mate stated we did have a reservation and she entered. He then said that we only booked a room for 3 (we definitely booked a room for 4) and demanded extra cash to cover the fourth person. He then showed us to our room in the building across the parking lot. Let me start by saying that this hotel is RUN DOWN. On the way through the alley to the parking lot where the hotel is located, there are human-size holes in the walls. You can literally walk right inside. Parts of the building are crumbling. The whole building is DIRTY inside and out. There are emaciated stray dogs roaming the property. There is no on-site security. There is no "door" to the hotel; it's just open. Anyone could walk off the street and into the building without being noticed. There is only 1 other occupied room that we're aware of and it's on the first floor. We see lights but never see the people inside. The other rooms on the first floor appear to be used for storage and are stuffed full of junk which can be seen through the sliding glass doors. The hallway "upstairs" is dimly lit with only 1 or 2 working lights. We go upstairs and the employee unlocks a full-length glass door with a small silver key and lets us inside. It is NOT a "suite." On the left is the bathroom stall. It is tiny and includes only a toilet and a 5-gallon bucket (see photos). The toilet flushes but does not refill itself, so we have to go out to the "living room" and use the sink there to fill the bucket and, in turn, fill the back of the toilet so it will flush. The light in the bathroom is just a bare bulb hanging from wires out a hole in the ceiling (see pic). The next door you encounter is the shower. It is stall-sized with a full-length glass door. Part of the glass door has been covered with translucent, floral contact paper, which is peeling badly. There is NO working light in the shower stall. Back out in the "living room," there is a vessel sink on a countertop. When you turn the water on, it squirts directly at you, soaking your shirt. There are no hand towels. There is a stack of 3 old bath towels nearby. They *may* have been washed, but they are stained. If only there was a way to post negative 5 stars..... This place was without a doubt THE worst place I've stayed at! If you are looking at the postings through ******* or others the photos aren't even CLOSE to accurate. The room I was in, the light in the shower was constantly flickering and even when it did stay on, there wasn't enough light to see. The toilet, I think that's what it was supposed to be took about 20 minutes to refill after a single flush. Perhaps that is why there was a bucket sitting next to it? Used that to refill the tank. The building itself is not at all what the photos show. There are actually holes in the exterior walls and several of the patio door windows were actually cracked. Ended up not even attempting to stay the night. The entire facility just felt sketchy and unsafe. The cab from the airport didn't even know where this place was and it is supposedly a recommended hotel...... IMO, regardless of what site you are looking at, this place should be de-listed from all of them..... To put it simply, STAY AWAY~! Price isn't everything.

This is not a 24/7 hotel like it claims to be. We booked a night here and requested late check in because our flight arrived late at night. We arrived and they had given our room away and told us check in ends at midnight. I do not understand why they call themselves 24/7 when it isn't, or didn't contact us to say check in after midnight is not available (many flights land after midnight). We were left stranded in the early hours of the morning in Cancun with nowhere to go! There is also no sign or anything for the hotel so it is very hard to find.

Were do i start!! No 24/7 reception even after messaging multiple times that we would arrive late no one was there to welcome us or even leave a key. Neighbours saw me yelling in frustration n broke into a top floor room and told me i could stay there. It stunk, had rat poo and cockroaches everywhere, no water at all and we decided at 2am to find another hotel n pay, when i requested a refund i was literally hung up on. This is not convenient do not stay here!!

Ils n'ont pas respecté la réservation via booking. C'était évident que la réservation était active et Ils ont refusé la chambre. J'ai demandé d'annuler la réserve, qui était toujours qvtive sur Booking. Ils ont aussi refusé. Après une heure et quand j'avais déjà quitté l'hôtel et trouvé un autre, ils ont pris le paiement. Même si j'avais déjà parlé avec le service client et j'avais raconté toute l'histoire Ils ont promis d'annuler la réservation, seulement pour se débarrasser de moi Le personnel est terrible. Ils manquent d'empathie C'est une arnaque. Vraiment déconseillé

Estafa Legue 11.30 pm y no habia nadie en recepcion. Tuvimos que buscar otro hotel a esa hora (porque una pareja tambien llego un poco mas tarde). Nos dijeron que nos iban a reembolsar lo cual nunca paso. Nos quedamos sin hotel y sin dinero. Reserve con *********** ellos se pusieron de el lado del hotel y no me ayudaron.

⚠️ Ceci n’est pas un hôtel ⚠️ Pas de réelles chambres, pas de wifi, pas de service. Salle de bain pas lavée, les essuies des précédents étaient encore par terre… Le lieu n’est pas sécurisé du tout. Nous avons quitté l’endroit immédiatement et aucun remboursement. Cet emplacement ne mérite pas un euro !

No informan que no reciben personas después de las 11 pm, dejaron a mi padre adulto mayor sin hospedaje, tuvo que arreglarselas solo a la media noche que llegó su vuelo, hotel inconsciente e incompetente, deberían cerrarlo si no el servicio básico que es hospedar al huésped que ya había pagado su reservación
