Very nice complex...but out of 12 restaurants..3-4 was open. Entertainment could had been better. Food is just avg and room service is disappointing

Great resort to stay

Whether it is the hotel design and supporting facilities, or the guest room facilities and hardware, especially after the service has caught up, the environment is particularly beautiful. Rachel from the guest relations department of the hotel is very attentive. This is my second time here. Every time she helps me arrange a room in advance, which is very worry-free. She also helps me upgrade the room type and has a caring butler! This time I stayed in a cool water view king bed room, and the room was well arranged.

A lot of luxury, very cool, there is no parking, you leave your car on the street, the dishes were not washed well, the use of the sailboat is free, but they charge you 200 pesos for environmental tax and they give you a bracelet that says it is 58 pesos because of this tax and they don't give bracelets to everyone, someone does business there, then the rivers say in the ads that they close at 7, but the staff takes you out at 6, and the main attraction of the water park is still useless. So I would return, the food in the Brazilian restaurant is very good, better than in the oriental one, which is the only one you have to reserve.

The hotel is very, very large, the people are very attentive, the services are great, my only comment, the specialty restaurants to my liking, the menu was not so good.

Gonzalo was such a great butler. He was friendly, reliable, and always willing to help me and my family out.

The staff and food weren’t the greatest. The restaurants were very difficult to get a table at unless you were diamond club, and the food was subpar. The best thing about the resort was the buffet and the waterslides.

The property was nice and clean, always. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Some of the staff came off as mean from time to time, which is a given as it was very busy. I liked it but it was too big for me and very very busy. Reservations were hard to come by, even with a butler and being a diamond club member it was difficult. If you wanted to sleep early, good luck, with the way the rooms all face the outdoor music venue, you can hear it echo everywhere. Overall, the experience was good. I didn’t really understand how as a diamond club member that we didn’t have our own space, we did but they let just anyone go in those areas and do the same things/offered. What was the upgrade for if everyone else had the same amenities and offerings we did.

Lazy river dirty after usage and not cleaned. Ran out of cups near bar, Not cleaned. Staff friendly and hospitality great. Slides do not slide may be old.

Nothing exciting property is good but all inclusive that’s not right food restaurants staff are so rude if you go group of 10 they don’t take you and order food so tell we don’t have after argument they bring only one time all restaurants in premises are horrible and drink are served just like water we had wedding events but not happy with what we paid rather Moon palace,Riviera is better we not preferred again.

We had read the reviews online before leaving and we were a bit trepidation about some things written about Royalton Splash. Yes, there were very long line ups for dinner. By booking with ******* we were actually able to get help with making reservations from the ******* champions which was a HUGE boon for us since we have young children. We all found the food good (especially The Cave, the Hunter, the buffet, Zen). The staff was working as hard as they could in our opinion. We are also very polite and respectful and we could see not all guests were. The biggest criticism was probably that they needed more loungers. If you didn’t nab them by 7:30 you were out of luck. The resort has a lot of really nice pools with great bars (and lots of washrooms) but not having enough chairs is an oversight. Overall, we had a great time. I ****** it up and woke up early and got the chairs. The kids loved the gelato and pizza places. There was so much to do during the day and in the evenings. It was a great size with the kids (aged 9 & 11). They could roam around and we felt comfortable they would be fine navigating their way back to us. The Royalton Splash was a great introduction to all-inclusives.

Our recent stay at your establishment was severely impacted by a series of unfortunate incidents that significantly detracted from the quality and enjoyment of our visit. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a continuous water leak in our room, which not only caused discomfort but also posed a potential risk to our safety and well-being. Despite promptly reporting the issue, our room was not changed until the second day of our stay, effectively diminishing the value of our trip by consuming valuable time and causing considerable inconvenience. Moreover, the alternative accommodation provided came with its own set of challenges, most notably the absence of a functioning telephone. This critical amenity's malfunction isolated us from the convenience of room service, a fundamental aspect of the hospitality experience, further degrading our stay's quality. Given the gravity of these issues and their substantial impact on our overall experience, we find it reasonable to request a full refund. This gesture would not only acknowledge the severity of the inconvenience we endured but also demonstrate your commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Overall it was okay. Buffet had the same food for lunch and dinner. When we wanted to book for restaurants it was always full because diamond club first. No music or entertainment around the pool. They had aerobics in the water for 20 mins with nice music and did volleyball in the pool but thats it. Room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable mattresses. Juice, pop and non alcoholic beer in the fridge. Water park with slides my 6 yrs old daughter couldnt go there but she enjoyed the lazy river and pool. Also water park slides with no inflatable tubes was hurting our backs when sliding down not enough water and some areas you got to push yourself down beause not enough water to slide. Beach was okay wasnt clean enough.
