Great location next to Parx ******. Good breakfast. Very hard bed/ it is not memory foam. It was so hard and painful that I had to sleep on the ottoman instead.

Didn’t like the hotel at all, left early because my wife was uncomfortable with some of the guests making rude comments when she was going out for a run. Gym equipment was not working properly, had not been calibrated correctly. Likewise, the espresso machine, which was a very good quality was not working correctly. Over all, poor value. Could have stayed Orel 8 and been just as happy.

Our experience with the stay at this hotel was amazing. The customer service provided was excellent and we appreciated the convenience of being able to get coffee or a glass of wine in the lobby. However, we did encounter an issue with the sink water not draining properly. Despite this, we still highly recommend this hotel.

It was clean. Room was beautiful. Bathroom could use a little work done to it but overall amazing.

Definitely a good place to stay in the northeast Philly area. I will look here first when I return.

All the staff was very efficient and helpful. When we checked out I had inadvertently left a piece of equipment of my sleep machine behind. They held onto it until I emailed a delivery label. They boxed it and I got it the next day. So appreciated it.

The front desk ladies we very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean and the continential breakfast was better than most other hotels. Mark D.

Front desk staff was friendly and professional. However the first room we were given reeked of cigarettes. We had requested a nonsmoking room. The front desk was quick to assign us another room immediately which was smoke free, clean and comfortable!

It was very convenient and close to the Parx Excite ******. I attended a concert at the ****** alone and felt very safe at the hotel and traveling to and from the venue. My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
