Being around a university means slower and younger vibes. Love the area since we were there for a night on a weekend. The room was huge and everything is good. Love the balcony for sure. It didn’t come with toiletries, not sure if it can be requested. Cleanliness wise, a bit upset that we found an underwear (not sure used or not), at the back of the sofa… Disturbing but negligible. Also they have a rooftop area but doesn’t seem to be accessible…

Excellent room and super helpful staff. There is a laundry with large capacity machines on level 7 that guests can use ($4 per load). This hotel exceeded our expectations and is ideally located in Curtin Uni, close to cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and a bus stop.

Room has comfortable 'King size' bed, location is closer to Curtin University and central bus stop.

Awesome hotel

Overall it's pretty good, but the occasional internet outage on weekends is a bit inconvenient. Other aspects such as comfort, environment, and campus atmosphere are all pretty good. I recommend that friends who come to Perth to experience it.

The hotel is located on the campus of Curtin University, and the surrounding area is also OK. The facilities in the room and the toiletries are also very good brands. The surrounding environment is very quiet. It is also very convenient to have supermarkets and many restaurants. The restaurants downstairs are very delicious. I recommend the Italian restaurant opposite and the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs. The hotel itself does not have a gym. If you need to exercise, you need to go to the first floor. The staff will give you a card and you need to go to the gym in the university opposite. The breakfast is so-so, 25 per person,

A very good hotel, right on the Curtin University campus. The front desk manager is very attentive. I like it very much. It’s a very pleasant experience.

There is a bus stop in front of the hotel for easy travel, and there are medium-sized supermarkets, coffee shops, and restaurants downstairs. The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic, and the indoor and outdoor sanitation is very clean. The modernly decorated rooms also have balconies, so the lighting and ventilation are first-class. Overall, this is destined to be a very comfortable stay experience!
