Hotel com nivel de servico cada dia pior , impossivel jantar no restaurante, tempo medio de 2 horas para atendimento, serviço de quarto horrivel, demoram até as 16 hrs para arrumar os quartos

Hotel com a melhor localização de Bento Gonçalves, situado na via gastronômica. A equipe é muito gentil e solícita. Apesar da alta ocupação (havia um congresso e também vários grupos de excursões), conseguiram atender o nosso pedido para que mudássemos para uma suíte voltada para a rua dos fundos, mais silenciosa. E ainda arranjaram uma suíte maior, com a comodidade de uma mini-cozinha! O café da manhã é excelente, muito variado e não faltou absolutamente nada, com reposição frequente para dar conta dos dezenas de hóspedes que estavam ali simultaneamente. A piscina aquecida é espetacular. Recomendo!

Razoável, hotel é antigo, enfrentamos problemas com chuveiro, não saía água suficiente, apenas um pequeno fio de água, comunicamos a recepção, falaram que iriam abrir chamado e estamos esperando até agora, consideramos isso uma falta de respeito com hóspede. Após o banho ( a conta gotas) fomos jantar no restaurante do hotel, muito bem atendidos pelo atendente Pedro, porém, a demora na entrega dos pratos fora do comum, uma hora de espera, e quando chegou, meu bife estava muito passado e da minha esposa estava cru, solicitamos aos Pedro que prontamente providenciou a troca de prato, porém, mais 40 minutos de espera, totalmente inaceitável. Enfim, cobraram estacionamento, que por sinal, muito ruim e apertado e com certeza não voltaremos mais.
